The mailman just left and did not like none of the boxes all of them open on East WT Harris Boulevard right across the street from the post office you put the wrong mail in the boxes my medicine I'm looking at him and asked him was this mine he says no I told him my name and then he left didn't even lock none of the boxes all of my still open this needs to be corrected I hope you'll do go out of business
I got a big prolbem my mail is not getting pick up from our out going mail.i talk to some one at the post office on w t harris.i was told the prolbem would be handled an the mail has not be removed yet.ineed my mail to go out on time

I was wondering if I could close my PO Box in Charlotte and possibly update my forwarding address. Since I've opened it, I have moved to another town and it has proven difficult to check it regularly. Please advise.

This Computerized voicemail system is a joke, there’s no way to get a live person. After trying for over 30 minutes to find which post office delivers my mail I just gave up. It should be a better way to find out necessary information. Couldn’t even submit this information without giving out too much information, I still didn’t get what I need
Manager Calvin is the best!!! Lost my receipt. Recipient had not received pkg. He should have received it Tuesday. Calvin found the transaction, gave me my tracking number and current info. Thanks Calvin. You went the extra mile today!!
