I have been trying to find out why my bank statements are not being received. I have contacted the Denver Post Office in Denver NC. I have not received my statements for 3 months. I contacted this post office by phone and they offered me no help. I continue to call them and no one answered. My bank has stated that the post office is returning my statement. I need help with this matter ASAP.
It started out that it would be delivered by 730pm then 8pm then 9pm and then this was put in the status.
"Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location
We attempted to deliver your package at 8:54 pm on June 14, 2021 in DENVER, NC 28037 but could not access the delivery location. We will redeliver on the next business day."
Just to be clear the address for delivery is a residence with a mailbox and ACCESS to the carport area. So If the package would not fit the box it could have been left at the door. My point is this no attempt was made to deliver the package as I was home waiting for it and watching my outside cameras for the usps. If you run out of time just say so in the status don't lie about attempting to deliver when you did not.

Again the Denver office causes me problems. Delivered my ATT bill to my neighbors mail box. As it was holiday season she was out of town therefore we did not receive it until she returned which was a day before the bill was due. Had to jump through hoops to pay immediately to avoid $9.50 surcharge.
USPS in Denver take your time and do your job responsibily.
I live in the Westport area in Denver, NC. I receive one of my medications that keeps me alive and it has been put in the wrong post office box 3 different times. Luckily the first 2 times the postal carrier was able to retrieve my medication. My medication for the 3rd time was lost or put in the wrong box again last week. This has been going on for over a week. Rich Lewis, the Supervisor, when I spoke with him had O concern for my health and was very, very rude. I actually told him I pray that he never, ever has to rely on someone else to make sure he got his life saving medication. His excuses is that he had been out of town is why I haven’t heard back from the Post Office. The Post Master, his name is also Rich was suppose to call me back on Friday or Saturday of last week and I never heard from him. I have received this medication for the pat 2 years through the Postal Service. I am not sure what the problem is but I was lied to on 3 different occasions as to the status of my medication. I don’t know what the protocol is for this type of problem. My insurance company should be reimbursed for what they paid to the pharmacy for my medication. It is sad that I have to worry every month now that I may or may not receive my medication.
Sounds like the post office in El Centro, CA. I frequently get mail from a different but similar or nearby po box, for example 998 going to 989, or 999, etc., and I frequently am missing mail, which I can assume has possibly gone in the wrong box. Once I got a letter 5 weeks late. I am guessing they put it in the wrong box, and that person was late in checking their mail to return it. It happens all the time and when I talk to the postmaster of the facility, they just act like it's not a big deal. It is a big deal, especially when you are expecting something in a timely manner or you are receiving confidential information or information with personal details that could end up in the wrong hands. I know mistakes can happen occasionally, but it happens here way too much and they don't seem to do anything to try to put a stop to it. All they have to do is check to make sure the name/s of that box matches the name on the envelope and double check it that way.A lot of people that get incorrect mail don't even put it back, they just leave it on the counter at the post office for anyone to grab. It is very frustrating. I have been missing quite a few pieces of mail lately. I notice an adjoining box next to mine (whose mail they have accidentally given to me at times), is stuffed all the way and the person has not picked it up in ages. I am scared I might have a few pieces of my mail that could have got accidentally put in there. If this person never picks up their mail, eventually the post office is going to send all of it back to sender, more than likely without even looking to see if it all is correctly supposed to be in that box. So if someone sent me something and it ended up in that box by mistake, it will be returned to the sender, and marked "not here" or some such thing, and then that person is going to think that is not my address anymore and is going to start sending it to my physical address. I can't have mail sent to my physical address because there are no locks on and criminals in the neighborhood going around stealing such things. Very, very frustrating.
I went into the Denver Post Office NC on August 1st. and filled out a card to forward my mail to my new address.
Today is August 15th. and I have yet to receive ANY mail from my former address. I’m darn sure I have had mail since the first of August….wonder where it landed ???

My husband had a serious accident in Spain and I could not be back in NC until 8/31. I had my daughter go by to get mail so I could pay some bills but people were very rude to her. I talked to them and explained why, but both Rick and the lady were rude to her and me on the phone. I understand why they have to be strict but this was a problem I had no control over. Seems like they should not be so nasty. This is second incident I've had. Other was an item that they scanned delivered but i never received it. Luckily I got my money back and somebody is enjoying some pretty jewelry. Just don't understand why that office has to be so cranky and rude.
Went to Denver Post Office this morning. Jessica was rude and told me I could not pick up registered mail for my husband. When I ask to speak to her supervisor, she came back and said oh I can let you have the package. She had a smart attitude with me and everyone that I saw her come in contact with. Jessica should not be working with customers, she give the postal service a very bad reputation. I have always been treated nice and fair at this office until I encountered her.
