Postal Locations

On Monday, May 12, I arrived at the outside dropbox at 4:55 p.m. A USPS worker was at the box collecting outgoing mail, but was also allowing a non-postal person to sift through the mail assuming to pull something they box in error. The non-postal employee was parked in front of the dropbox and out of her car. Both the employee and the non-employee turned and saw me waiting in line to drop my outgoing mail. However, they turned back to the business of going through the mail. Due to some physical constraints, I was unable to get out of the vehicle to drop my outgoing mail. I am quite certain this is a violation of USPS policy. No individual should be permitted to go through outgoing mail if they are not an employee of the United States Postal Service. The postal worker was in violation for allowing this to occur. And then in addition to that, of course individuals like myself were unable to drop outgoing mail. You should all Individuals like myself were unable to drop outgoing mail. You should all be ashamed.

I was on the phone on hold for 30 min and I didn’t get one postal clerk or any human to answer my Question. The question I needed answers for were never asked by the operator . Teleprompter needs updating to the now questions.

The older black lady that works there is a very rude individual! They should get rid of her. I dread going to the post office when she is there.

I personally have never had a bad experience at our post office. But it does concern me that the only time we definitely know a letter will go out is with the 4:30 p pickup. I can not believe that in 24 hours, mail will only be guaranteed to go out 1 time. Every body can not take e- mails. We still believe that Birthday cards should be mailed. I simply forgot to put it with the day-time mail and can not get it to the post office by 4:30

Roxie has been so rude to me on several occasions, she becomes visibly angry while waiting for you to count out your money, and God forbid you have ones.........I let it slide the first two times, but yesterday, she humiliated me to the point of tears, the people behind me said I should March right back in and complain, well I am complaining now, you don't have to be nice to me, just don't be RUDE!!!!! NEXT TIME I WILL WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO HELP ME.
