I very seldom receive mail, probably due to one of your employees. I was expecting a package on Feb. 28th, but it was returned as "undeliverable". I was home all day waiting for this package. I have no dogs in my front yard so there is no reason for the package not to be delivered. What is going on with our postal system?

My package was supposed to be here over a week and a half ago. i and very disappointed because now it says, “Package is temporarily delayed while in transit.” Like after a 2 week wait i have to wait even longer. this is some bull

I am very disappointed with the postal service. We have no issues with delivery access, however we are being told there is a problem and then being lied to that packages have been delivered when they haven't. Who do I give these complaints to.

After reading all the bad reviews, I was afraid to file a claim at the Main Branch of USPS office, but I met with the nicest lady imagineable. She really seemed to want to help me locate my misdelivered package. She was great. No one put me up to this: I know no one at the USPS here, or anywhere else. This was just my experience today.

I have been waiting for a package going on 3 weeks and all that my local office is can tell me is it's sitting in some HUB......do your job. They also told me there are many packages sitting at the hub going nowhere and they email the distribution center with no response. This is not acceptable. You charge a fortune and give terrible service.

I'd hope that not all carriers like to throw packages at the front door like the one I caught on video doing today!

My mail carrier talks on his phone while delivering mail. Four times I have not gotten my packages even though he wand it in as delivered. Steps were made such as putting my name in my box and still he keeps not delivering my packages. I am self-isolating and on top of that, I have to get dressed and drive to my post office only to be treated as if I am the one who is not supposed to be complaining.
