I am getting sick and tired of the lying and laziness of these delivery persons. Today I received a notice of missed delivery due to animal; I was outside and I saw the him/her drive off without making any attempt to come down the driveway. When I went to the mailbox I found the notice but it was too late to catch the driver. I'm unable at this time to use my vehicle to pick up packages because of mechanical issues.This is the second time in a week I've gotten a missed delivery notice and there hasn't been a redelivery attempt for the first one since! Today's package contains plants which will now likely perish because of the usps' ineptitude! The USPS is about worthless!

Why is it that no one ever answers the phone at the Tokay facility? And why is it that when you call to check on and schedule a redelivery all you get is a machine that tells you it is scheduled for redelivery on the following day, yet it has been 6 days now without being delivered? But if you get online to reschedule it says it cannot be redelivered. My missed delivery form, which showed up today (24 Feb), says delivery attempted 24 Feb, but online it says the attempted delivery was 23 Feb? Why can't you talk with an individual at all on the 1-800 number??? WTH is up with the usps??????? It's obvious they don't want to deal with all of the complaints!

So I got ahold of a woman at Tokay who said my 2 packages would be delivered the next day. One arrived destroyed, the other never arrived. It's now been a month and they haven't even attempted to deliver the second package, but today I get a notice that it was returned because "Package held by carrier as customer moved", then was sent back to the seller. This garbage is entirely unacceptable. I guess it is now time to get the Postmaster involved.

We have lived at this same address for decades. We have occasional mail delivery problems. It happens. Most of the time, things are fine. Right now, we are out of stat for a week. We put mail on hold. We received the confirmation for the mail hold, and spoke directly with our delivery person. The mail has been held fine, until today. Now, a mail delivery person has decided to deliver packages to my house. Nobody is there, and will not be there for a few more days. Everything should still be on hold. I have no way to make them hold the delivery. My packages will sit on my porch until a porch pirate decides that they want my packages (Christmas gifts for my kids). This is so frustrating.

Update… I was finally able to talk with a person at the Tokay facility. A very helpful woman answered the phone, took my info then while I waited online, went to the shelves and shipping area I guess, found the packages I was worried about being delivered when on hold, and made sure that they were on hold and not being delivered. She said something about them not scanned yet so she could make sure they stayed on hold. Super friendly, very helpful, awesome help and attitude. This is a busy place, and I believe that most folks there are trying to do the right thing. Stuff happens. I understand. When we can ask them for help with correcting a problem, they do their best. Thank you guys. You took care of my issue and were fantastic while doing it. 🙂👍

I have experienced unremarkably slow mail delivery in the Eastover, NC area. In fact, I did not receive any mail for 6 days straight recently with no explanation. Another Post Office said they believed Today P.O. was experiencing employee problems. I don't know what kind of problems but if it was a sick employee, there must be other employees who can take that person's place. I again received no mail today. What is going on with a company who almost guarantees delivery of mail every day?

No one at the Tokay Annex answers the phone so I can't figure out why a package that was supposed to be delivered Saturday is on delivery hold. The name and address on the package is correct. The tracking number is 93419896950W0129905312

No one answers the phone at this post office. Some of these mail carriers lie like rugs. It’s horrific and unbelievable. Why is there no accountability? I was supposed to receive a package Saturday. I was home all day. Not only that, but the lying rug reported that there was a “delivery attempt” at 6:42 p.m. Um... WRONG. Not only was I home, I was ON MY BLASTED FRONT PORCH with the street and my mailbox in plain view. These workers LIE. On another occasion, the mail truck drives up, honks the horn and sits and waits because she can’t be bothered to get out of the vehicle and DELIVER a box of Pampers to my door. In case you missed it, mail carriers are paid to DELIVER the mail. This includes packages. What is the problem?!

For the second day in a row, the mail carrier has ignored the orange slip we signed and left in the mailbox, at THEIR request. Today, I stopped the carrier and she made up some fairy story about the package being “too heavy”. She still would not take the orange slip we signed. No one answers the phone at Tokay annex; I have been calling for hours. This is unacceptable.

A key was left in my duplex mailbox for my parcel. When I used the key. Nothing was in it. I notified the mail person and was told I had no package. Checked online and called with my shipping number (delivered) I Dont know if it's in the wrong box or what but this is the second time with the same usps driver. I put out a police report and reported to USPS.com. how much further do I have to go?

I am trying to understand, why a Christmas card I mailed to a relative has been returned twice. And the post office is saying they don't live there. What needs to be done, since they actually do live there. Does this mean I can't recieve mail if visiting someone I can't get it because I don't live there.

Yesterday one of the mail persons hit our mail box and knocked the opening latch off. We called today to inform the annex and see what the next step is. The manager is condescending and doesn't know how to talk to people. If she would have been apologetic it would have went further than to suggest we get a camera for our mailbox and where to get one from like I lack the common sense to find one. From the reviews, having a camera doesn't work either. Who else is knocking mailboxes over but the mail person? I'm terribly disappointed in the customer service I received.

I have had to put in another search for a package that was scanned as being delivered and put on my porch, which was not! This is the 2nd time this has happened which the last package was never found. Who ever is delivering packages on Pleasant View Rd 28312 needs to be reprimanded. In a time where people need to order things online because of a pandemic this gives people little faith in using USPS.

Just got off the phone with a USPS agent and she was incredibly rude. I ordered my package over 2 weeks ago. And it’s been in transit for 5 days And the lady was like they have been behind 2-3 weeks and there’s nothing you can do about it. I’m so mad, this package is super important

Mail being delivered to wrong residents. No mail delivered on Oct. 13th in my part of the neighbor. When I asked the carrier on the 14th. She said they didn't have time. Package was out for delivery on the 14th now today tracking says ready for PICK-UP??? Tried calling post office several times. No answer

I thank the post office is getting slack I had a package that was in to my house in rockingham nc and it arrived in fayettville on the 24 on the 25 it was shipped out to Denver co how do you send a package to Denver I am only 1 hour away it does not make sense now my package is not on time and I have nothing

Mail not being delivered on most days and sometimes after 5:30 or 6:00. I know we are having problems but looks like we could at least get out mail close to time each day. Not good customer service when not getting mail. Most is trash but some is important. Thanks

Today receive a package from amazon which was suppose to have a bluray on it i ordered. The package was partially open and there was no bluray insde.and i was home so i know no one came on my porch and took it. This is a shame.

I live at 4801 Murphy Rd Eastover NC 28312 United States. Last night sometime someone went down our road and opened up a lot of mailboxes. Sad as that is it’s not the worse part. It was also very windy out and the mail that was in the mailboxes was blown out of the mailboxes and all over the road. I picked up what was in my yard this am before I left for a meeting. And put it my mail box. I just thought you might need to know most of the stuff I was picking up were bill of your customers. I want to thank our mail carrier. For doing an outstanding job. Thanks you.

Great office, only place anyone actually had any answers for me on a mishandled delivery. Such as shame things are a mess the way they are for the US mail when some people still do there jobs well
