I need to speak to someone about a handicap person who has been having trouble getting their mail delivered to the house instead of the mail box beside the road. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I ordered aromatherapy oil from Amazon, and it was shipped USPS. The replacement mailcarrier we have does NOT do her job. These are 5 small bottles, and easily deliverable to my apartment address. The postal carrier has access to the building and there is no reason why this package was not delivered. Instead, I have received 3 emails saying "delivery was attempted" and I should pick up the package at the post office. I do NOT want to drive up the the New Hope postoffice and the hours are not convenient with my work hours. I need this package to be delivered or a reason WHY the mail carrier cannot perform this function.

Expecting a package 11/17/21. Our carrier is taking other delivered packages from our mailbox! Want to know why when it’s not mail with postage? This has to stop! Thanks

Everyone in my neighborhood got someone else’s mail late yesterday afternoon which would not of been so bad if mine had not went to a neighbors house that’s not so good of a place ,the police is there all the time and the mail had my bank statement in the mail with a new debit card , cannot get anyone at the post office on the phone to find out what’s going on, lucky I was able to walk up and get my mail myself, strongly advise non-partial third to investigate the mail delivery service

I sent an item from ebay 2 months ago and never be delivered? There is no any contact with post office ?

I have not RECIEVED MAIL in a week. I am at a business and we have out going mail that needs to go out as well. I have called and no help.

I am very concerned, that for the past week I have not been receiving any mail. There has to be someone to contact about this.

I have not been receiving my mail. My neighbor had my bank statement about 2 weeks ago that was put in the wrong box. My bills are due and i haven't received them. Please Help!

Packages seems to be late not on time it states that package has been in my postal service for long time

Our mail carrier is horrible. Packages are constantly marked out for delivery then don’t show up for days. They leave packages in our bushes by the mailbox instead of walking them to the door. I had several orders today marked as our for delivery and none of them have come but our mail has already been delivered. These are for my business. Customers are waiting and I can’t even get my mail on time. Terrible.

Package was delivered to wrong mail box at my complex. Called to try to get resolution and was told that I should talk to person the USPS carrier put the mail in. How can I do that when I don’t know who’s box they stuck it in. Then was told to talk to carrier tomorrow to see who’s box they stuck it in. As if they will know. Next excuse given was the drivers are new so they don’t know the routes too well. Basically they are so new they aren’t responsible for not reading the apartment number or name correctly. Very Dissatisfied and Disappointed

The lady who works at Main St post office in Gast is nia, NC just refused to sale me stamps because she didn't know me or our company. We have been buying large quantity of stamps since 2004 for our billing at my work. I normally buy at Westinghouse Blvd never ever any issues. I have to use checks since all of our credit cards are in the owners name. I offered her to call our bank to verify account is good and funds are available and our balance. Once again never any issues at all. She refused to look and see if she had 45 rolls. She said she THINKS she had 6 rolls and she wanted to keep them and wouldn't sale them to me anyway. I had just left SNew Hope location and they told me to go to Main St location they would have them I told her they sent me to her location. Shrugged her shoulders and said well. I feel highly discriminated against right now because she didnt know ME and the way she kept saying it. She doesn't have to know me to do her job.

My mailman puts our mail in other people mail box or just don't deliver our mail. It has been going on for months.

Who ever delivers my mail is terrible. Everytime I catch them at the box they say they arent my regular person. I have gotten mail late informing me of deadlines that have already passed. Some mail I never recieve at all. I never get my coupons and they claim they no longer come to my area but that is a lie because I got them the first two weeks they switched and suddenly they stopped coming. I also continue to get mail for people that DO NOT LIVE HERE, I've lived here for almost 5 years now. I've complained in person before and NOTHING was done.

Just moved to this new residence and I am having problems getting packages I ordered. They say delivered but I am not getting them. I never had a issue with this in Clover SC

Haven’t received the last 2 items ordered. A shirt and phone charging cables. These say delivered but neither were in my box. It’s becoming the norm.
