CANNOT GET A HUMAN BEING ON THE PHONE AT ANY NUMBER! Packages say delivered, but they were not delivered. Cannot get in touch with anyone to find out if it was delivered somewhere else in error. Currently on hold for between 35 and 50 minutes. If you choose the option for them to call you back, when you dial 1, it says that is invalid and continues to repeat until it times out and hangs up......THEN it calls you back repeatedly just to do the same thing. I understand going Postal on a whole new level.

I attend this USPS daily or every other day. For one month and a half (1.5) there has been NO AIR CONDITIONING in our average ninety (90) degree days for either the "back" work area and dock workers nor the 'front end" clerks. THis is inhumane and UnAmerican considering our resources locally. Beaurocracy or not, this is unacceptable. Shame on management, thier bosses etc up the line. I have registered a complain with Consumer Affairs in DC and the USPS. Please be the person who remedies this problem in any way possible. Either that or close the location until it is habitable.

I just found in my mail box a notice that I need to come pick up a parcel at the post office and sign for it. However, why did the mail person not come to the door, and let me know this when they were here? I was here, I saw them deliver the mail. They never got out of the truck. Is this the kind of service you offer?
