Worst postal service I've ever experienced. I've lived in Troutman for 2 years now and the carriers come from Mooresville, They are awful. I wish the post office would just fold and a private sector company should take over. This would get rid of over paid federal employees who don't preform and are not made accountable for their poor service.
Worst service ever!!! Gave a change of address one month ago. No mail yet. Tried to call branch, 31 tries later, still no one answers phone. Horrible!!!!!!!
Worst P.O. ever . Looks terrible outside .someone ran into the handicapped sign months ago . Still not fixed . The flag get hung in the trees all the time . People are rude and constantly put others mail in mybox
I now realize why the Post Office is in so much debt. Customer service is the most basic starting point for success. Not only was the lady I dealt with discourteous but she was sarcastic and rallied her team mates to join in. Please remove the passport service from the website and maybe other unsuspecting people behind me may not get the same bad taste for the Postal service.
This post office does NOT process passports. I called over and over and no one answered (the phone was just disconnected after ringing a few times). So I went to the post office to make an appointment. I was told they no longer are processing passports. They should update that information on the government website!
It would be great if anyone would answer the phone. Voicemail doesn't work. If this was a real public company they would be long gone by now. Have tried to call for 2 wks and no one picks up the phone. Had to drive to the post office to set an appointment for a passport application. Needed to call to cancel appointment but no one will answer the phone. Enjoy your break!
My mom has worked there for 20 years and she works her ass off everyday for people who don't appreciate what she does. You, like most people, dont understand how hard and demanding that job is. Shove your judgemental opinion up your ass.
