The phone has not been working for over a week…which means you can’t contact the PO to find out if there is something in General Delivery, or worse something that UPS dropped off and the PO doesn’t deliver to our address. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
Today is Friday. Informed Delivery has said I have had mail everyday this week, a total of 15 items since Monday, yet I have not received one. The last time I received mail was last Saturday. I have had my mail picked up, so I know they are out making rounds. What gives?
I have tried twice to pick up a Christmas package sent to me and the woman working there refused to go in the back and get it. I was the first person in line today and she told me again to come back later because there was a line. This is unacceptable. I work and can’t just drop what I am doing to fit her schedule. How am I to get this package which the Nags Head PO has had since December 11?
What time is the mail supposed to be delivered? I swear it's later and later.... it's 5:36pm - it's Thursday evening - not a holiday - and the mail has still not been delivered? What's going on??
It's 7:00 PM and we just got mail delivery, Barnes St. Nags Head NC. Sometimes mail is here around 1:00 PM, but that carrier that drives on the wrong side of road delivers mail after 5:00 PM all the time. I don't know why she is always late. I thought all mail was supposed to be delivered by 5:00 PM.
