Thank you so much Kelley Addams for going above and beyond to make sure my package makes it to my home. I’m unable to retrieve it due to the contents being heavy and I’m pregnant. I’m excited because I get to have a home gym with two babies under two! Thank you so much for all that you have done!

I live in a neighborhood of townhouses. The postman left the doors open to all of the mailboxes and everyone’s mail is exposed. I have tried calling the Post Office a dozen times and no one answers.

The USPS SUCKS! They don't deliver and they don't pick up anymore. However, today, the driver delivered and left my outgoing mail in the mailbox with my red flag still up! I mean WTF? If you guys can't do your jobs with American Pride, then quit and go the F**K home! You bastards get paid good money with good benefits, Act like an American and do your F**KING JOB! It's like you are nothing but a bunch of lazy black racist thugs!

So i have tried now to send 2 certified letters. Both times they sent the message but didn't get the signature, which makes it worthless as i need the green card back. Then I tried calling them, and they don't even answer phone calls. Literally just let it ring for for 3 plus minutes and it hangs up. It would be one thing if they were closed, but post offices don't close in the middle of the day. Such bullshit. I am sure noone reads these, but i feel better writing it lol.

I always get emailed before I get my postal mail for the past week I have not been receiving my mail that was sent in a picture in my email

Not happy - trying to track a package that was "Out for delivery" yesterday, but never delivered and apparently cannot be located today. I tried calling this post office directly and the phone rang for 3 minutes and 36 seconds, before it gave me a busy signal and disconnected. Trying to find a package that I sent 8 days (via 2 day Priority Mail) and still hasn't arrived.

Sent a permanent mail forwarding online 10/17. No mail. Sent request to find mail. Few phone calls from usps but still no mail from 11270 Indian Hill Rd Amarillo TX 79124 to 204 Bentpine Dr Raleigh NC 27603 No answers on the phone, pay 1 and get a person but already did that and still no mail.

The Online tracking indicated that my package was delivered with a date and time, but I never received it. When I tried to follow up with the Brentwood Post Office via phone call I cant get through. I started calling the Brentwood Post Office at 9:30 am and continue through out the morning consecutively up until 12:40 pm. No one Answer the phone.

Called PO today about package showed was delivered but never received in mailbox as indicated. 1st rep put me on hold.. 2nd rep abruptly told me to call back she's on her lunch break and she's "literally not even here". Wow! I wish I could speak with someone over this local PO on Brentwood Road.. that was truly surprisingly unprofessional.

I am trying so hard to find out what hat happened to getting packages scanned and shipped when you drop them at the drop shoot. They are not being scanned for days at a time. I've been doing this long enough to know how they usually get scanned. All of the sudden they are not. This is really m messing up my business and I can't do a thing about. I have the company wanting to cancel orders because they are not being scanned. This is my business rating. I pray someone finds out what's going on. Ty

The mail person skipped my house delivered everyone’s mail nor picked up my mail today. I saw the mail truck..it is the Brentwood location. I have tried calling. No one answers and then hangs up..please call [number removed] or 9199310884. Thank you

Been waiting for a package I ordered online for nearly 2 months. The company said it was delivered on the 16th of April. Which it was not, started the 'report missing mail' got a call the same day from THIS USPS office from a lady named "Balinda" She proceeded to explain to me that they found the package and it would be delivered to my address that same day... one week later STILL NO PACKAGE. Been trying to call their office for nearly 20 minutes without a single human being to answer the phone.... they let it ring until it goes to busy. Absolutely AWFUL service. In fact they can't even get a package delivered to the address.... These people need to be removed from employment.

I had a stimulus check that the irs issued to my old address from 2018 during this corona virus mess and the mail lady turns around and send it back to sender

i am from Raleigh the same area for 50 yrs, when i was growing up you could set your watch by the mail man. for the last 8 years i have lived on new hope rd at butler blvd. the mail arrives anywhere between 2:30-530. and some days like yesterday 04/07/2020. the route wasn't ran. I have come home and handed a CERTIFIED LETTER, addressed to me, that i didn't sign for TWICE.. how does that happen...

Got home from my afternoon walk. My house number is 2900. The mail in my box was for 2904. I moved it to the correct box, then, on a lark, checked the mail in 2901. Guess what? There was my mail. Apparently the carrier doesn't look at the mail before putting it in a box. Really, I don't ask for excellence. I only ask for competence.

I mailed some utility bills out on the 15th of March which have not been received by the company's its going on 15 + days they were put in the apartments outgoing mailbox and non of the 3 were received this was at the SpringForestApts Raleigh NC can i get a response back on this issue

Once again mail delivery has been a NOT since Tuesday 11/20. It appears that the driver delivers the other side of Castle Pines, but not us. This is service? Not that anyone can feel comfort with. Please respond with an explanation as to what the H is going on..

No mail 2 days despite receiving it for the past 24 years. Saw mail carrier turn around and caught up with her before she exited. On cell phone making turn onto Atlantic ave, Said she did not have any mail for us and when I looked in her white box low and behold their was our monthly payroll and customer checks totaling $11,853,22. Within the past two weeks there were 2 days when I got no mail delivery and there was one day that I got 2 deliveries several hours apart. Then today there was no delivery. You never know when to expect the mail. There was a time when the postman appeared to take pride in the job he did. You could almost set your watch by the postman. No more!!! Why can't the postal service get employees of the caliber that we used to have and have grown to expect? If the postal employees don't read these comments, how can we expect they will ever improve?

I’m currently receiving disability checks this mail man that comes here sometimes doesn’t your ride to 6 PM in the evening sometimes they go leave the neighborhood and come back again I received are several pieces of mail that were not mine I’m something is be done about this and I will do a formal complaint at tomorrow.This is ridiculous very unprofessional you can’t even leave a message because the voicemail box is as always for you never get a return call from whoever the manager is supposed to be this is ridiculous and I will go all the way to make sure that people receive the mail that they’re supposed to receive on the days that is due that is what they get paid to do and they need to start doing their jobs instead of sitting at the end of the driveway of the complex on the phone eating lunch and have a chitchat with the other drivers this is why we’re not getting our mail in Raleigh North Carolina in Brentwood area.!!!

This post office is horrible, 2777 Brentwood Road Raleigh NC 27604! We do not get our mail sometimes until 8 p.m. and sometimes it comes early. This is ridiculous! We were supposed to get a package before Christmas, we still have not gotten it yet! Sometimes we Don't get any mail at all and we make sure there are no cars in the way of the mailbox! As of today, 10/13/17, I have of yet to see my mailman (or lady) near Broughton & Green Rd in Raleigh since maybe Monday 10/9/17. Im waiting for 2 important documents: #1 medical papers, #2 a check. I took into consideration that Monday may have been in Observance of Columbus Day. Well, I went online & it said they were open that day til 4:30pm. Called 1-800 # & they told me same thing about being open. Haven't seen mail carrier in at least 3 days

We are upset here at Cedar Village- We put food out this morning for the postal food drive & the carrier brought the mail but did not pick up 4 bags of food. We are handicapped & took the time to put the food out. It is supposed to thunderstorm this evening. Should we go get the food or are you guys coming back to get the food? Monday December 8 I placed my mail in the box with the flag up at 7am. It's still in the box and it's now Tuesday. This has happened on many occasions. You call the Brentwood phone number and all you get is a recording to leave a voice mail. No one ever calls you back. You try and be loyal to the post office by sending mail to keep them in business and they just ignore you. One day there will be no more mail service and we will all know why.

I'm definitely not pleased with my delivery driver from this location, either. The mail is never delivered until really late in the day (usually around 6pm). Yesterday I left two pieces of mail in my mailbox that were very important and time-sensitive. I left the flag on the mailbox up to indicate there was mail to be picked up. When I went to check the mail that evening, I saw that she had put the flag down, but just left my mail in the box, rather than picking it up. As of yet, I've been unable to get in touch with anyone from the post office, all I can get are automated messages that aren't helpful.

Much unlike Susana I'm not terribly pleased with package service through USPS. On multiple occasions tracking lists a package as being delivered. We have a community box and the packages are too big for them. Rather than bring the package to us or even leave it with the front office, the postal worker leaves us a "Sorry we missed you" note in our mail box. Every time we've received that note we were home the entire day and nobody ever knocked on the door.This isn't every time, but whenever the package weighs more than 5lbs it seems to happen. We don't order large things, but the latest package (a textbook) came in around 5-6lbs and sure enough, there was a note in our box about it being at the post office 20min one-way trip away.

Great service! I wanted to let you know of the wonderful service we got from our mailman, Mr. King (Donnie?). We got a package from overseas from my mother last Friday but weren't home to sign for it. Mr. King left a slip and we went online to request a redelivery. We expected it on Monday but did not receive it and on Wednesday, I called the post office to ask about it. I told them that the name on the package was Olivia Merritt (my daughter). The package could not be found. I called several times more and was pleased with the courteousness and professionalism of the staff although I was frustrated with their inability to find my package. On Saturday I saw Mr. King and asked him about it. He had been out sick during the week. He not only remembered the package, he remembered something I had forgotten: the package was sent to my daughter as Olivia Perea (my maiden name - don't ask). I told Mr. King that the package was a birthday present for my girls from their grandmother. He immediately called the post office where they were able to locate the package and he told me he would deliver it on Monday. Later this afternoon, I stepped outside and there on my doorstep was the package. Mr. King had taken the time to bring it to me today. Exceptional service! We feel lucky to have such a caring and conscientious mailman (not to mention his amazing memory!).
