Please help all of us by explaining why only two employees are ever behind the counter to service the customers. There are FIVE stations available, but only two ever have employees servicing the long lines. The lines in this branch are stupid - most of the time they stretch out the door into the lobby. This has been the situation for years, and years. Are you guys attempting to hire more employees? I have pretty much given up on any of the USPO locations in Raleigh, and have opted to use UPS. They always have a sufficient number of employees helping customers and the lines are never long because the employees work with speed and accuracy, unlike the USPO employees that shuffle along if they have to go to the back for some reason, then they take their sweet time in providing service. Why are these lazy people still employed? Why is the Post Master General, or whomever is in charge, still employed? A reply to my complaint would be most welcome, but in all honesty, I doubt I will ever hear from anyone, which, to me, is the level of interest the PO has about customer service.

I gave this office a wonderful review because the entire staff at the counter was so helpful but it was pre-mature. I confirmed postage for first class invitations for wedding invitations and was told I only needed the (1) Two Ounce stamp for the square envelope. 10 business days later not a single guest has received their invitation (local and out of state)? In the process of re-ordering a new set of invitations and envelopes. I was given incorrect information and in turn a very expensive mistake on their part that has costed me big time. $$$$ On a positive note I will say we have had the same mail carrier deliver to our home for over 15+ years and he is fabulous.

We would like to command our mail carrier. She went out of her way to help us find out what happened to a package. She was helpful, kind and efficient. We are glad to have her as our carrier!

This USPS services our area and continues to refuse to come into the build and fill the USPS mailboxes. We spend 4 hours everyday to sort and deliver mail to 219 apartments. The tax payers of this community deserve more. They are all seniors citizens and mail delivered timely is important to them. We are not equipped to deliver mail at all much less in a timely manner.

My priority mail is not coming to my door as requested. The girl takes it to the office of the complex and it sits there. I have no way to get it . I'm 81 and no car. I want my things the day they arrive. I'm paying your salary with the shipping costs. Can not get thru with the 2 numbers I have. Do something now. I live in 27615. It's against the law to give my mail to another person. Now get with it. Pat Sterling

Horrible. They don't answer their phone so I had to stay on line hold with the 800 number for over an hour because they can't deliver packages to the correct address. Also you do not have the correct phone number in this page. I called it and was told it was 919-457-0001 which is never answered. The person who owns the one listed now has me sent directly to voicemail. HORRIBLE experience. I tell all shippers to use UPS or FedEx - and I am very willing to pay the difference because of this type of service.

I am writing in regards to mail that is being delivered to people who do not live here anymore. I keep sending them back stating that or return to sender. I know we have a mailman that just does not seem to know how to do his job since he keeps returning them back to us. One person has be deceased since 3/13 Linda McGrath so she has never lived here. I would like this problem to be resolved as soon as possible since I am getting no where with the mailman. Thank you for your time. 8825 Kirkstall Court Raleigh 27615

I had a very important paper that needed to be delivered by 2/24/16. On advice of postal clerk I sent priority 2 day mail. I cannot even get tracking beyond 2/23 at 4 pm. I cannot even get a person to help and the automated system is a waste.
