Would have been great to actually receive the tracked package which shows it was delivered today. Sadly, this lack of delivery is becoming more and more of an issue in Wendell. Even to the point of opening an investigation when the 'fill in' carrier was stealing sympathy cards to my children after they lost their father, thinking he was going to collect some holiday gift cards. Nothing ever happened with the investigation. Still see him on our route from time to time.
Can you all please just deliver our mail?
The lady who delivers packages ALWAYS puts delivered DAYS before she actually delivers my packages. She’s also lazy as hell. We’ve made ample room for her to pull her lil hoopty up to the mailbox and drop off items. I’m tired of waddling my pregnant self out there when I see something marked as Delivered and there’s nothing there. I run a small business! My time is money! So whoever her higher up is? Better say something before I cuss her out.
My Amazon packages are really getting bad. We have so many different carries since James is not delivering any more. At least he took his time and did it right. The mail carriers now, not knowing which one we will have off Rolesville Rd on the Wendell side fly by so fast I am sure they don't know if 101 was on Gail Ridge, or Candlewick Dr. It is getting worse as days go by. I have put a camera at the mailbox. Maybe I can show you. Tell them to take their time.
HELP!! We're at wit's end with parcel pickup for our business in Zebulon. Ever since the shift to consolidate parcel pickup with Zebulon and Wendel, it has been an unpredictable nightmare for our company. We have made many, many, many phone calls to the Wendell office, but nothing is getting fixed. Today, once again, we have a load of products packaged, labeled, and ready for pickup, but they never stopped by to do so. We spend about $100k year with USPS, and it makes us feel like no one cares about our service at all. We are at the end of our rope and feel we need to look elsewhere to get service through another carrier, but are trying our best to support our local USPS.
