11/1/22 No mail delivery or pick up today. My official voting ballot has been in the box with the flag up since 10/31/22. What is the problem?

On about 9/13/22, the mail carrier at the mailroom for Element Barclay really went out of his way to help me. I am 75 with a medical condition that makes walking tough. My box was full and I had packages to get as well. He took over and emptied my box and got the packages and filled my cart. Really appreciated the extra effort.

Worst post office in America. We do not get mail delivered to our business on a daily basis and then the carrier lies and states business was closed at 4:55 pm. Wish there was somewhere else to complain as the post office does nothing about these issues.

I have been trying to contact someone, your phone keeps ringing out. i sent a very important letter to my son and it came back to me. Marked as undeliverable. Everything was correct on the envelope. zip code ect. sent a copy to my son of the front with statements. why would this happen, why should i pay for more postage. Not a good thing for Wilmington

The mail man who is supposed to deliver my daughter's mail in Wilmington, decides to skip her mail box because a neighbor parks in front of the box. So it's too much trouble, or too ___ lazy, to get out of his truck and put the mail in the box. If I did that at my job, I would get fired. My daughter has complained about this mailman a number of times, but apparently the P.O. people don't care. next time I'll send by UPS, they'll put it by the door.

9400111899223274948047 Item shows attempted 1120 and 1520. I was home both times, it did not require a signature and it arrived in Wilmington at 0300 this morning. After 34 years with USPS I know what happened.

On December 28, 2019, I mailed the above letter to St. John's Lodge 1 A.F. & A.M.. 4712 Oriole Dr., Wilmington, NC 28403. A few days later I got it back in my mail box, with a label like he yellow one on the above letter. I took this letter and put it into the mail box at 4712 Oriole Dr. A few days later I got it back in my mail box. I took this letter to the Post Office at the Dogwood Station, here in Wilmington, NC. The Postal person took the label off and mailed it again. On April 7, 2020, I got this letter back in my mail box with the above yellow label on it. I don’t know what your problem is, but I paid for this stamp for you to deliver my letter, and you didn’t. What are you going to do about it? This address has a mail box outside the building. What do you mean, you couldn’t deliver it? The letter contained a check for my dues to the Lodge. Chief Ogle, USN, Retired

I would compare the female postal clerk at the Ace Hardware post office on College Road in Wilmington, NC to the “Soup “ on Seinfeld. She yells at the customers standing in line, eg “you’d better have everything in order when you get up here”. And instead of greeting the next customer in line who is only standing about 3 feet away from her with a smile, and “How can I help you?”, she yells out “Next person in line !!! “. When I told my wife about the above, she said that she had a similar experience that morning.

Worst delivery service ever. Tracking says delivered and no package. Some days postal carrier never even showed up ,but says package was delivered. Some info said package was delivered and it showed up days later. Called to speak to someone and put on hold for over a hour. Will never have a delivery from USPS agian and I will let everyone know.

I have had the same carrier for nearly 2o years who retired in September. The mail was always delivered between 2-3. Now it doesnt come until after 5. I called the Monkey Junction office and was told by the distribution manager because of elections to much mail and carriers work until 8 at night. Her name was Keisha and was rather rude. Elections are over and it is still the same. Even when my carrier was off the mail was slways delivered in the same time frame. I think there is a management problem and will take this problem to the Postmaster General if I don't get an acceptable answer.

Dear Postmaster, I'm a little vexed tonight, at 6pm. I arrived home, checked my mailbox at the street and found the "hold mail" forms I personally delivered to the Porters Neck Post Office in my mailbox. The forms had a hand-written note, instructing me to either put a temporary forward on my mail, or have my friend pick up the mail from my box. When I dropped off the forms earlier this week, USPS employee Melissa said, "no problem". I"m sorry Jane wasn't there, I would have a different outcome, I suspect. Imagine my surprise tonight to find completely different instructions from the USPS, LESS than 12 hours before I am to travel out of the country! After a USPS employee told me the problem is storage, I've had a friend pick up my mail monthly, and drop off another "hold mail" card. I'm often gone for three months at a time. This system has worked much better than the one time I had mail forwarded, with not so happy consequences when the mail was either forwarded to the wrong address or not forwarded at all. I have hope that my mail will be forwarded, but not great hopes. There has to be a better way to manage services. karen king carter 333 Island Creek Drive Wilmington, NC 28411

You need to teach your carrier for 924 MacMillan ave n apt C to get his addresses straight. For a year and a half he has gotten my mail mixed up with neighbors. I asked him didn't he go by address and he said no they go by names. So my neighbors name is Brenda Barnhill and what do you teach them. If their names are similar throw the mail in a box and go for pot luck. My name is Brenda Davis. If you teach them to go by the address instead of the name maybe the mail would get delivered to the right people. My new medicare card went to my neighbor and that is federal. If they cannot do the job you need to fire them.

MYRTLE GROVE STATION As a business owner I have packages to go out daily pickup. Unfortunately this does not happen. even if I don't have package to go out, the postal carrier is still suppose to stop and check. This service has been off and on for the last year and half. Last week my package didn't get pick up for 3 days. on day 3 I took it to the post office. Asked to talk to the manager was told he was not in. The supervisor on call act like I was a problem. He said in the past you would call and we would go and pick up the packages. I told him that I called and called for 2 days and could not get anyone the answer the phone. He said only one person was answering the and it was very busy. The next time just get in my car and come to the post office to ask for a pick up. I have been told in the past there is a card in the mail trucks saying where to do daily pickups. Since ours taxes help pay their salary, why can't we get the appropiate services we are suppose it receive. This is very stressful to me to have to deal with the incompetent of the USPS. Had a reliable postal carrier prior to this year. Now there's no telling who delivers or when. Have called Front St P.O. many times. Either there's no answer or they say pick up is 3-ish. That's not true. I put mail out early and it's still there at 6p.m. Tired of driving to the P.O. to pay bills.

My business Reply Mail have been being delayed with the post master new arrangement, with it being taken care of at the main office downtown for all the post offices. I have complained about this since they have change it. I been at Myrtle grove for 12 years and as long as it was being taken care of at Myrtle Grove I had no problem. Since it has been changed I have nothing but trouble. I receive a package from a costumer that was dated inside the package of February 1st..(varified buy customer)..I received it on the 23rd. Im going to put in more complaints until I find someone in the system who actually cares. I know for a fact the post master does not. This is not Brooklyn! For several months, someone is slicing a tiny circle at the bottom of my credit card statements and personal mail. I suspect they are trying to steal my personal ID info to steal. Reminds me of activity from NY offices.
