Horrible service. I keep getting other people's mail in my box despite calling about the problem twice.

I know the weathers rough and nobody shovels their sidewalks and driveways anymore, that being said lately the mails comes quite sporadically, sometimes 730 am, sometimes 6pm, Im pretty sure sometimes not at all. Today the mail truck pulled up at our apartment, was outside for 10 or 15 minutes, and left. Went downstairs, no mail had been delivered.... So, how much sense does that make? An explanation would be nice.

Terrible automated system. The downtown location give the wrong phone number for the trollwood location. Can't wait till you are shut down to let someone who knows how to deliver mail (ups, FedEx ...) take over.
