I went in for a passport appointment for my two children and was greeted with the most disrespectful and nasty attitude by Alice on March 15, 2023 at 11:15am. I had an appointment and sat down and started getting my documents out and she very nasty asked "do you have an appointment" and I said "yes, at 11:15" she went back and checked the paper and said my name and verified my appointment and she said once again in the most disrespectful way "I need the minors present" and I started to say "I have their photos and everything " and she just kept nasty attitude talking over me with her snare face and voice saying "and the father has to be here with the minors" and I said "my husband's deployed right now, but....." then she cuts me off and said "it's not my fault your husband's deployed" and didn't even let me finish saying that we had all the paperwork to file in order to file without him being present. I was literally seeing red, I've never been treated so rudely right off the bat for an initial exchange of words. At this point I was asking her what was up with the attitude and why she couldn't talk nicely to me. I was holding back a lot more things that I wanted to say, but would not have helped the situation. There was a lady waiting to be served and i just looked at her and said "good luck with her, just a heads up, she is in a tude" and she said "yeah, she wasn't very nice to me yesterday either". I think Alice maybe needs a little training in being a decent human being and speaking to people in a nicer manner. I get it, if I didn't have what I needed for the appointment just nicely point out the errors of my way, but to come at me with the most disrespectful and nasty attitude before I even look at you or open my mouth, is not acceptable. Do better Alice!
