The new Post Ofice in La Vista is very small and so is the parking lot. Lot of money spent for nothing. Disappointed.

This is about the Papillion LaVista PO which you moved so far that i call it the "Western Nebraska Post Office." Your website still confuses it with the old location. You moved it and added no windows and certainly no staff. In a strip mall with most of the parking places filled with neighboring hair salon customers. And only one handicap slot. Those are bad higher level management decisions. Service is very frequently lined up for the one clerk. Most recent problem is, i guess, a local management issue. Went to that office on May 16 to get Chief Standing Bear stamps. several days after first day of issue. I was informed the person that handled new issues was on vacation. Went back a week later, today, Still didn't have them and told they would only get them if they ordered them and they hadn't and if they did it would take a couple weeks. How local management would not order those stamps which had Nebraska related history baffles me! Maybe that manager is from Minnesota. I'm from Kansas and i knew. Went to the LaVista PO (68128) and they have them. Not distributing them to large Nebraska PO's seems to me to be another higher management bad decision. Haven't been happy with this location since the move; but i have to go there due to a PO Box i have access. Am glad that they have put the handicap sign back up after several weeks.

The gentleman named Manuel was one of the most rude and disrespectful people I’ve had to interact with. No reason to roll your eyes and talk down to people just because he can not explain the process clearly. He shouldn’t have a customer facing role.
