I just found out that my shipment EE007597866CL from Chile did not arrive at the address I sent (Lux Center for the arts) because the person who made the delivery made the wrong number. The shipment had the destination well written and also a telephone number, and the address corresponds to a gallery. I wonder how someone can make this kind of mistake? And now my sister who lives in the USA has been told that she has already been sent back to Chile. Terrible delivery quality. Now I would like to know where my shipment is?
Had a package pickup scheduled for Feb 28th. My packages were not picked up and the carrier lied on the report. This was probably the substitute carrier. The regular carrier does a good job, but she is pregnant, so this was probably the substitute was does a VERY POOR job.
We put a hold on our mail in July. When we returned we discovered that our mail had not been held. We went to this branch today and were told that because we'd been gone longer than 10 days our mail had been returned to sender. The returned mail included bills, bank statements, and some of my wife's prescriptions. This level of incompetence is not acceptable. We'll be spending some time cleaning up their mess.
I went out one day, last week and checked for mail at 2 pm, 2:30 pm, 3:33 pm, and 7:23 pm, roughly and there was no mail. Then the next day I left work early and checked the mailbox when I got home at around 11:30 am and there was mail. Later around 2:30 pm that same day, I thought I heard the mail truck, so I went out and checked again, and again there was mail in my mailbox. Why was there a double delivery that day?
The male mail carrier will not deliver our mail if we have a car parked along the curb. Several times, we receive mail with notes on it that states "Blocked and the date". The female mail carrier's we have had, get out and put it in our mailbox. We have another family living with us and we have no wear to park other than in the street. So today, I moved my vehicle into the neighbors driveway and had a letter in the box with the flag up and we did not get mail. My husband believes it was because the garbage can had blown over and was in front of the mailbox. If we didn't have to park out in the street we would not, but some days we do not have a choice. I just don't understand today, when we had outgoing mail.
Friendly service at this location is lacking to say the least I'm there at least twice a week to mail packages and you can tell certain employees hate there job and are not people friendly.
I am deeply troubled by the delays in my son's mail & packages. He lives in the Northridge Heights Apts. His cards, letters and packages arrive up to 5 weeks late. We have checked the zip code/address and all is correct. Not understanding the problem!
