Excellent and always helpful service. I have never had anyone be anything but polite and understanding, even when I had a somewhat silly question or problem - which the Postal workers always took the time to fix. At the relatively low prices charged by the USPS, the value you get for your pennies is truly the best deal around. Having spent time in both Europe and South America, I can attest to the shoddy, slow, and expensive state of postal service in many other countries as being nowhere near the quality of the USA - here they have never 'lost' all my mail, nor have they torn open envelopes and packages to help themselves to whatever may be inside. I am not very happy with many government programs and agencies, but our Postal Service is a shining star and the most reliable I've ever encountered. And the fine folks at the Benson, Omaha branch are an outstanding example of something that works CORRECTLY. Thank you for your exemplary service.

I called about sending a box APO to Kuwait for my son to get...The staff stopped working just to help me with my questions and offered more info of how military mail is handled. I was given prompt and kind answers with a free class on military mail handling. All of my concerns and questions were kindly answered by your staff. Thank you all for your efforts in the demanding job you do. al whitney

I called to correct a miss-labeled address on a package. The staff person tried to hang up on me, complaining of the large pile of packages he had. Finally he agreed to take down my information. He laughed when I offered to give him the tracking number, so I have him my name, the mistaken address, and the address correction. At one point he told me to shut up so he could finish writing something down. This was a truly awful experience. Not the way to win customers as you compete with FedEx and UPS.

People who work at your facility could stand to be a little nicer. When we call with a simple question and they speak to you like you're a moron, it makes me want to use UPS for all my deliveries. NO WONDER YOU SUFFER FROM MONEY WOES!
