Forget about trying to report a broken lock on a condo mailbox. Not able to get anything but voicemail. CP Management says it’s a post office problem.

Once again, package goes missing. Post office blames it on delivering it to wrong person that a n doesn't follow up with me. Who's profiting here, it's Christmas year round for a some employees...time to put security cameras up/Axon whatever it takes to stop the WHITE COLLAR CRIME going that's preventing the citizens of this town from receiving their OWN property.

Have a tracking number that says package was dropped off at front door on Sunday at 2:43. I have a Rig doorbell with ZERO activity at that time. I have called 5 times but one ever picks up. Worst service around.

There is no excuse for such poor delivery!! I haven't had any regular mail for nearly a week and a half! I've been expecting checks, as well as a book delivery. I've called the post office twice to complain, but to no avail. I too have watched random mail trucks going down the street. Not sure what they are doing. This issue must be resolved!

WTF, no mail pickup this week? I've got federal deadlines to meet and no one has grabbed the mail this week for our entire plaza. I'm currently calling your phone number for the 10th time and the operator isn't picking up either. Why pay taxes at all?

Will I get my mail today (12/23/2021). It has been four (4) days since any of our USPS Informed Delivery mail items have NOT arrived. What has happened to our USPS mail delivery? I see trucks about just no one is delivering mail to my address (14 Wood Ridge Lane, Exeter, NH. 03833) nor, according to neighbors, their addresses. Please respond with the reason why and when will I receive my mail?? Thank you.

No mail since Wednesday. This is NOT the first time this has happened and we have people here waiting for paychecks! Also- if mail is certified, it is supposed to be brought to our door for a signature, NOT left a note in our mailbox saying to come get it during hours that we are at work!! We were home the day a note was left and NO CARRIER came to our door! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

They lost a package over $100 value. Letter missing w hard to duplicate paperwork. Request to hold packages at PO ignored. Left lying around in a common area for theft. Blame it on the "pandemic".

I have had a po box in exeter for over 35yrs and going strong. I love the people over the years. They have always been very helpful. I don't go very often but they are considerate and don't give me any hassle when I have more then my box can handle. Any problems I have had they have fixed quickly and efficiently. Thank you exeter postal service for all your years of assistance.

I do not like the service I am currently getting. It is obvious to me that our usual postal carrier is not on the route. You are NOT delivering my packages on time. I have been sent emails that deliveries have been attempted. The latest says attempted and could not deliver (I was here the whole time!). The attempt yesterday was supposedly on 5:33 pm. Your tracking page says packages were delivered yesterday at 3:16 pm. I did NOT receive ANY packages! I want to see the Postmaster today. I will be putting in a complaint in writing. Please give me an appointment!

You lost my package - Drinkwater Rd Kensington - this happens all the time - the mail carrier is not very good. What is wrong with you people - sloppy - I dare say lazy.

I have had my frustrations with the Exeter PO, as have other residents in my apartment building: missing mail, envelopes opened, lost or wrongly delivered packages, all kinds of delivery errors that could be avoided by more careful attention by delivery personnel. But tonight I opened my apartment door to find a piece of my mail with extremely confidential information contained, had been delivered to and opened by an apartment neighbor I don't know because this mail had been placed in a wrong box. This information has been violated, my neighbor is distraught, and I am irate about the loss of my confidentiality. This PO has consistently had delivery problems from the time I moved in here. I see from other reviews that this is not exclusive to us. This situation must be improved, and quickly.

My complaint is similar to the one sent by Sean Patten. Some days my outgoing mail does not get picked up and sometimes I don't get any mail for a few days in a row and then a bunch of mail (like a few days worth) is delivered. I have suspected that this mail carrier has decided he has a better way of delivering the mail (better for him that is). Please look into this. Thank you.

I am emailing you about pick up of mail at my mom's house in exeter. Recently she received a new mail carrier. Since then she has not been getting her mail some days and then on the next day get a bunch. She pays her bills the day she gets her bill and puts it back out on her box the same day. It will not be picked up for 3 to 4 days. This should not happen. Her mail box is attached to her front door in plain view. And always accessible. Your help is appreciate . She lives on whitley road. Thank you for you attention to this matter.

I don't know what's going on with the mail the past month or so, but I keep getting mail for people that aren't even my neighbors and today is the second time a package for me has been delivered to someone else. This is a trailer park with mail boxes and parcel boxes, the first time this happened someone received my package and brought to my house. Today I was waiting for a Sunday Amazon delivery that says it was left at the parcel locker. There is no key in my mailbox, hopefully whoever gets it tomorrow when they check their mail will bring it to me! I have also had parcel locker keys left in my box for people that were not me. 4 years living here and this all started about a month ago, 4+ incidents in a month is crazy!!

It's now Thursday and my package hasn't been found. Amazon sent me a replacement with 1-day shipping that got delivered today. I checked my mailbox to find a shoebox jammed in so tight I can't get it out the front of the mailbox, and a parcel locker key. Squeezed the key out, opened the locker and IT'S NOT MY FREAKING REPLACEMENT PACKAGE! It's for a neighbor, WTF! The same Amazon order, GONE AGAIN! Am I out a bunch of money now? Is Amazon really going to believe it freaking got mis-delivered again and cover the cost, again?? Seriously!!

I am very frustrated by the mail service in the Marshall Farms Condos. Today (Saturday) we not only had a substitute driver, but she did a different route and also delivered packages to front doors -- something I was told didn't happen here and hasn't for me in almost 6 years. I always get notices and have to come to the P.O. for large packages. Today not only did she deliver them, but there were also empty lock large boxes. Mail delivery out here wasn't finished until almost 5:30 p.m. This happens on a regular basis and I find it to be ridiculous. What is the problem with staffing in the P.O. in Exeter???????
