My Fiancee and I used this Post Office for expedited passport services. We had an appointment, but the clerks accepted multiple people ahead of us, who were behind us in line, for package services, which made our appointment late. After submitting all of her information and payment, this location called her twice the following week. No message left regarding what they were calling about. We have now tried to call back 15 times. The phone rings until it's disconnected. We call during the hours listed as open. They clearly just don't care here. Getting a passport is an important thing for upcoming international travel, and issues can affect people substantially. The service here is terrible, and they just don't care...
Maybe no one answers the phone because there is only one person on duty. I have found this PO very accommodating. I have PO box IN this PO. No complaints.
This post office is the worst I've ever dealt with. The carrier was just here, I saw the truck from inside my house. They never knocked on my door, yet there was a notice for redelivery left on my doorstep. The 877 number has no information and no one answers the 603 number listed. Our mail is clearly not important to them
This post office has gone down hill really fast!! They are not delivering my mail and now when I try to call the phone just rings and never gets picked up! I'm pretty furious right now at the severe lack of customer care this place is displying.
I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with this location by phone. No one is answering. I have the digital digest which shows which mail I’m supposed to be getting and I’m not getting it. I’m disappointed, not to mention the mailbox locks in our cluster mailbox location have been broken off.
