Live in 03109. Had the same mail Lady for 10 years. NO issues ever. New Guy is Horrible. Openly complains as he is filling Apt. Mail Boxes. Talking about how people are A’holes and how sick of delivering their packages he is…Mocking the way they answer their buzzers etc… AWFUL , Absurd and unimaginable. BUT you can’t fire anybody anymore no matter what kind of useless employee they are. In my building people are always getting the wrong mail or not getting it at all. I have informed delivery and i see daily pics of what is supposed to be in my mailbox that day….HA !! Yeah I don”t receive Bills !! Yeah thats right our car insurance bill is the number one thing that gets “lost” Yeah right I think he throws away mail he doesn’t want to deliver. I am SO sick of it. I contacted Sen. Shaheen’s office and filed a complaint. Done with this BS

The male postal worker is not professional at all at the Perimeter Road location. Went to pick up a package ra g the bell waited 10 minutes then rang the bell again had to wait another 10 mins before he came to the window rudely as well as with an attitude as if I was an inconvenience. The portal worker at this location is very rude as well as unprofessional also displayed that he does not like his job. You should hire individuals who are professional at the post office and who also have excellent customer service who enjoy their job working as a postal worker.

This is not a full service post office. I rang bell and dropped off 2 pkgs that were prepaid. Worker said he's not supposed to take them, but will make an exception. I dropped off close to 1PM and the tracking information has not been updated as of yet. It is 6:30PM and they are closed. Last pick up says 6PM. I'm not sure if my 2 pkgs we're stolen?...
