I have a relative that had completed 5 change of addresses with Marlow to have mail forwarded to his new residence a while ago and Marlow has not been forwarding the mail as the paperwork stated. A matter of fact they were holding a piece of mail that had been sitting there for almost a month.Please be sure when you have a forwarding form on file that you forward the mail and do not hold in your Post Office. Thank you,
