I have consistently had excellent Experian both the Lebanon (Park St.) and West Lebanon (Benning St.) NH locations. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and my most Importantly my mail and packages are delivered on time.

I have just returned from a supposedly 1 week trip to TN. Elderly family ill. While there she died triggering my responsibility to become her executor of her estate. I am back home after a month and realize I only had a very few pieces of mail and did not contact post office to hold my mail longer or me to pick up held mail. What are the rules gor this situation? Thx Pat

USPS said Package was delivered at 8:33 AM today. There are NO packages up at the front door. Could this be theft? Or, some problem with the USPS delivery? Tracking ID: 9361289750009031631687 Tel: 603-640-6007

I totally understand why people hate usps and refuse to use them and they are slowly going out of business. Customer service is horrible, spent and hour and half on hold at 877# just to get disconnected, called back left phone # for callback that I never got. Called my usps directly got disconnected 5 times. I moved fwd my mail which isn't being fwded my old neighbor had to return to post office. Y'all need to fix your system bc it sucks

Going on about... package #14 in the last year alone that went completely missing. This isn't even to touch on all the other issues I've had with them. This time, naturally, it was a rare, no longer in production, expensive and (nearly) unobtainable item I purchased from Israel off eBay. Showed up in my informed delivery, so clearly it was properly addressed to me, yet it has been continually "out for deliver," then not delivered, rerouted, etc. It has now been "forwarded," for an unknown reason. This location will never answer their phone, and no way to leave a message, or email them, so there's quite literally no way to inquire about it (I called the 1800 number, which only went so far. They claimed they "opened an investigation," but have heard nothing back). Can you at least answer your damn phone so I can talk to a human to figure out where my items are? USPS has cost me close to $1000 in this last year alone, no joke, no exaggeration. Getting really aggravated (semi-related side-note: and we're supposed to trust these people with mail-in voting?!)

8/10/2020. My mail delivery person today was rude and unexceptable. He plopped down a pile of mail and said “is that right”? The person that got it said no, no, no as she sorted thru the pile... he was rude.

I have never had such difficulty trying to speak to a real person when calling a business. This is honestly ridiculous. Learn how to answer your phones, that would be great.

Mail often arrives days later than anticipated, incorrect mail in post box, rarely receive packages in larger box with key when it could have been done and damaged shipments on the receiving end. I have asked what I could do to help better the service with no change. I am at a loss. Very poor customer service.
