Postal Locations

Not satisfied with the service. Tracked order and was told that it was delivered. I ran my cameras to the said time of delivery but no postal or UPS trucks were in front of my house. Dishonest. Still have not received my package.

I run a business and they are not picking up my packages I file a complaint they pick them up for a week then back to the same scenario .I have had it I depend on my packages being delivered on time this is unacceptable!!!!

My package was not delivered i made a complaint someone from the annex left me a message now no one is picking the phone u and they said my package was delivered and it was not

I was told to go to this location that they can do a mail hold and mail transfer,well they didn't have the forms and they were absolutely no help to me

NO MAIL FOR A WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR US THAT MEANS NO CHECK FOR US. WHAT IS GOING ON???????????????????????????????

Tracking # 9400111108296706517260-Missing Package Package was delivered to mailbox on July 29,2022 at 5:52 pm. Not true. My mailbox is too small and I was home at the time. The mail carrier is either a thief or liar or both. Please investigate James L. Hubbert 917-952-3416

Sent 2 letters as instructed by customer service representative regarding a claim for damage to my storm door by employee leaving a package between doors and left open by them causing storm door to come loose from bracket holding it in place. Customers: where we live at the complex 184-186 Mill Street, Belleville NJ 07109. More then a dozen letters for other addresses was left deliver to the incorrect address, MORE THEN A DOZEN. This is unacceptable, when I lose my items or track saying post office delivery, I would it to be to the correct destination. I have pictures witch was not able to load. Thank you concern customer

NO MAIL DELIVERED TO BELLEVILLE SHOPRITE BUILDING EXCEPT 1 FLYER! ASKED THE DRIVER IF HE HAD ANY MORE MAIL AND HE USED PROFANITY AND SAID TO COMPLAIN TO HIS SUPERVISOR IF I THOUGHT HE WAS NOT DELIVERING ALL OF OUR MAIL. AS A BUSINESS OWNER WE NEED OUR MAIL ATLEAST ON A WEEKLY BASIS NOT ONCE A MONTH!

My entire street on Tappan Avenue has not received any mail in 4 days. I was told that our postman delivers mail when he feels like it, which is unacceptable. Calling the 800 number for the second time to complain. If he doesn't want to deliver mail, why do you still have him employed? It's sad that even as I write this, nothing will be done because Belleville Annex doesn't even pick-up their phone and just makes it ring. Unacceptable!!!

I would like to know who the individual was that you left my package with SINCE IT WAS NOT ME!!!!!!

I mailed a package on August 29th via USPS PRIORITY MAIL WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION going from Metuchen NJ to Nutley NJ......not very far. It has been over 2 weeks with no delivery. I filed a claim and got a reply from the Belleville Annex that it is being Investigated. I have heard nothing since!! What is going on????

I have not been receiving mail on a daily basis. Who can I contact to find out where my mail is. A temp told me she's not delivering all the mail because the regular person isn't working. Well if you're delivering one piece of mail why can't you deliver all of it. I am expecting two important pieces of mail which I have not gotten as of today. What the hell is going on with the post office?

I am so disappointed in the mail service these days that it is sickening. How do you mark a package delivered at 4:15 pm when it is 1:00 pm. Only to find that after i chased my mail person down that it was still in her truck. Now i aM waiting on another package that was "supposedly" delivered on 8/11/20 @ 4:40 pm and here it is 8/12/20 @ 3:18 AND STILL NOTHING!!!!

lm very dissatisfied and disappointing with the USPS l live in belleville and have 2 weeks delays mails l went to the office and the front girl said the person is on vacation which is not an excuse for me because they suppose to have someone cover that person is stupid because now l will have Bill to paid and lm going to be late.

I have been having severe problems with my packages being sent to the post office on main st in Belleville, then sent to another facility. Do I make a complaint with post master?

Belleville NJ..they f**k up your mail....they can't read n they are lazy...I live in Belleville they delivered my package to Newark NJ.. how the hell do you deliver a package to Newark wen it says Belleville 🖕 this is wat I think bout the post office... assholes

I would like to know why lately when I look up two tracking numbers for two different items that I am waiting for it states that they both have been delivered but in actuality they were not delivered? One this past Saturday and the other today. It states even the time and place it was put at my residents. But it is a complete lie!! What is the reason for this? And by the way it is 7PM and NO mail person has been on my block today!

i was supposed to receive a package today March 17. tracked pkg said out for delivery in Nutley,NJ. Tracked again at 4:00 said pkg was attemted at 2:00. Said that notice was left because no safe place to leave pkg. Packages are left here everyday. I WAS HOME ALL DAY!! NO NOTICE WAS LEFT. 27 Beech St Nutley, NJ. This is horrible service.
