There was only 1 other person behind me in line so I don't understand why she couldn't just wait for me to finish. Even made me put the two stamps on myself which seemed pretty lazy.
Opposite of customer service. South Bound Brook location is much better, more efficient and friendly.
It's really bad for just one representative to treat a customer like that, Maybe she was having a rough day and I understand that, but you have to put that aside and be courteous to the customer. I know she was taught that in her training.
