Repeat Victim of Theft
No accountability or proper investigation of theft issues within their system! Received tracked package from a vendor. What was delivered was a package that had been torn at corner to view contents and then opened so contents could be removed. Package delivered open probably to mislead to believe it was stolen at the mailbox. Federal crimes are not being investigated! Went to Annex to report so waiting to see……

They are a bunch of lying lazy Bums !!! They say Delivered & they didn't Deliver anything. They don't answer the phone; & if they answer the phone they put you on hold for an hour or more & then they hang up. These Clowns are a bunch of tools. Such Losers.

Speeders
The mail trucks are the worst speeders on Richard Mine Rd! Sunday morning and a holiday …the trucks are flying! Specifically the ones between 9:35 and 9:45 am

There must be a bunch of ignorant people working there, I have tried calling and calling and no answer, they pick up the phone and hang up.
You need a new class of worker

Aren't we entitled to have our mail placed in the mailbox. Recently the carrier has been throwing our mail on the steps. We find it later blown away by the wind or ruined by rain. What good is a postal service that can't deliver mail securely.

We've had problems with mail delivery in Wharton for years, as of today 2/6/21 we haven't gotten mail in 10 days. Our driveway is clear & our mailbox is accessible.

This location is a complete 100% Disgrace to the Postal System. For YEARS we have had ALL KINDS of problems with them. I've also filed complaints with their regional headquarters in Edison NJ and it does absolutely no good. These complaints unfortunately seem to do no good either.....

On 2 recent Sunday deliveries the person has left packages under my car port and behind my car. I approach my car from the front of my car and could not see the packages and when backing out have run over them damaging the contents which creates all kinds of trouble for me. I do not live in my carport, I live in my house. I have a front porch and a back porch where they could put the package. Calling the annex does no good.

I subscribe to Food Network Magazine and have had for years. This year is proving to be a problem ... So far there have been 5 issues of which I have only received in the mail 2. I have called to complain but was told magazines were not a high priority. I have complained to the publisher who claims it is being sent out. Something is wrong and I am very upset over this.

Every Saturday I get a message from usps that a delivery was attempted. Message says Doors were blocked or driveway was inaccessible. You could drive a 18 wheeler up my drive way and turn around. I have three doors that can always be accessed. Every other carrier finds my house and delivers my packages. I would pay extra to have any other carrier deliver my packages..........wharton n.j

I need to reach someone from the Dover Post Office about delivery of the mail at the small apartment complex I manage in Wharton. I've tried several times via phone and either I get no answer, or am put on hold for a long time and no one picks up. Please contact me as soon as possible so I can verify my mailing information. Thank you!

1. My mail has been repeatedly returned to sender when the address is clearly correct.
2. I frequently get my neighbor's mail in my box.
3. Today, my package was left in a snowbank under a dripping tree branch and was found completely soaked. My covered porch is the same distance from the street.
4. The Dover Annex NEVER answers the phone.
One cannot imagine worse service within the USPS. It's a disgrace to a once highly regarded institution.

I live in Randolph. Frequently we have neighbors mail put into our box. Yesterday all of the mail, 5 items, belonged to our neighbor. I put it into their box, which also contained correctly delivered mail. Who knows where our mail may be? If the mail can be delivered on a snowy day like yesterday, why can’t it be delivered correctly?
I also called the Dover annex. The phone rang and rang and no one could bother to answer. Eventually the call was interrupted, which probably required human action at the annex. Do you understand why taxpayers have no respect for your service?

I want to complain about the carrier for my home in Wharton. She stood at the top of the hill and threw my package (an Amazon package) onto my porch. This package contains electronic items. How lazy can she get. I will also be contacting amazon to let them know how poor your service is.
