I use the Highland Lakes Post office and the employees are super nice and professional. O'Marley & Anissa are great to deal with and are great people! I guess these negative comments must be about some other post office. My Carrier Dave is also great!

I would like my po box cleaned inside and in front. Please. I did not lick the envelope to avoid anything but your nasty person said to me . We do not give out tape quote unquote. Furthermore . They stated the table with supplies is not for me. It was not for me but for another who lost their job! I can show you all my receipts from food stores. Another item. Who ever you employed at highland lakes post office is not nice. Not personable. An attitude. And please tell your driver to stop destroying my one foot of lawn in front of my box. He continually rips it apart. So distance from box to road is? Are you repairing it?

I am a disabled person, so I have to depend on having my medical necessities including medicine, delivered to my home 3+ times a week. The supervisors, post mistress, and carriers are all well aware that I can't go down a flight of stairs, yet my packages are constantly left DOWN THE STAIRS, on the ground in front of the garage, right under the kindly written sign asking that packages be left up 1 flight of stairs at my door. It doesn't take much. Especially when it's 100* outside or pouring rain and my medical supplies are sitting out on the blacktop driveway baking and/or soaking until my aide or someone comes to bring it inside. The stupid post mistress Sharon is a very rude, angry person who shouldn't have a job serving the public. I have received packages and mail belonging to other residents, as well as my deliveries being left at the wrong address. I ordered a pair of $200 diabetic sneakers last year, never received them and they said they couldn't do anything. WHAT???? Highland Lakes post office should go back to school.

This is the second time that the tracking information says it was delivered my package to my mailbox and is not there. The first time they sent it to a house number 11 and my house is number 21 🙃

I agree with both comments about misdelivered packages and hating to call the post office. Two weeks ago a package was misdelivered, and I chose to leave the carrier a note. He found it and delivered it to me. And it’s happened again today. Says it was put in our mailbox. Not there. I gave him a very nice Xmas gift. It doesn’t matter. There may be some other kind of problem. It can’t be inexperience or laziness.
