Postal Locations

Usually I get great service at the 14th st post office but today was an exception. There was only two people on line but the girl with the dreadlocks who was the only one on duty answered her phone EIGHT times in a 15 minute time period. She discussed problems with her mother and girlfriend. I do not think this is very professional. And i dont particularly want to hear about her family problems. It looks badly for the other girls who are wonderful workers. Please talk to her. She was making money orders for a eprson on line but was paying so little attention that she made several mistakes. At my job if I use the phone, I get a warning and then get fired.
