I called about a lost packaged delivered to Kendall Park post office. Was told I would get a call back... not once .. but three times. No one ever called me . I still don't know what the procedure is for a package that they lost.

EVERYTIME YOU ASK A QUESTION, YOU GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER ABOUT SCHEDULING. THE LEFT HAND DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT HAND IS DOING. THEN, IF THEY CAN'T ACCOMODATE YOU, THEY ARE SO RUDE. THEY HAD THE GALL TO SAY, 'WELL, YOU DON'T NEED AN APPOINTMENT IN CLIFTON, YOU CAN GO THERE'. HE WAS UNKNOWLDEGABLE AND RUDE. THANK GOODNESS, THE LOCAL CLERK'S OFFICE DOES IT WALK IN.
