I had the same problem I called three different times it rang rang rang then a busy signal I was calling to let them know all of my mail was not picked up this was the second day so I thought my mail was picked up and it was about 4:15 when I called I live in a town home community so I don't have a large mailbox my postal carrier always delivered a package to my door now instead they shove it into the mailbox I couldn't even get it out let alone all of my mail

Today I called to inform someone that the new contractor delivering mail in our community left all of the mail for my neighbor in my mailbox and there was not a single piece of mail for me in my mailbox or her's. The other reason I am leaving this review is that I called three times, was asked to hold for the next available operator, which I did, but on each occassion, after holding for several minutes, the call was droped with a busy signal. Good old public servants!!!

I don’t understand how a post office can consistently deliver mail after 6pm. This is ridiculous. Is it inefficiency, lack of staff or horrible scheduling. Living here over 25 years and this post office has consistently gotten worse and worse. Not only have I encountered rude staff but also totally irresponsible. What has happened to this office?

Twice in 6 days this happened. Tracking information stated that package was delivered (individual picked up at post office at 6:37 p.m.)I was home all day that Monday. Post office closes at 5 pm so how could I have picked it up after hours? It was delivered the next day. Again, on Saturday, package was out for delivery and tracking info stated that it was delivered (again, individual picked up at post office at 11:15 am While I was at work!!) I cannot call until Tuesday since it is President's weekend. I don't mind if it was a day late but if they are in a hurry to get home, DON'T mark it delivered!!!

Victory Drive is not in the English Club Development. If you cannot sort the mail properly, then maybe you should get different people. If my mail is delivered to some other address (circulars) and that person(s) acquires my information, I will notify my congress person and senator and my attorney.

The absolute worst post Office I have seen. Drop off pre labeled with postage at 9AM....Scanned in at 9PM! Sits for 12 or more hours. Items arrive at Post Office for delivery...and SITS for 4 days before delivered. No help ever, Post Master has MANY MANY complaints about her. Nothing is done. Line is 15-20 long and ONE teller. Other workers just walk around aimlessly. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Deliveries are very inconsistent. Sometimes they are at 9:30 am, other times 11:00 or later and yet other times in very late afternoon. Today, Sept 9, 2017 there was no delivery at all. I will remember at Christmas.

This is the second time I have not received my supermarket ads. I want them, I expect them to be delivered. I have a new postman-the one who retired ALWAYS brought the ads. To whom can I complain?

At 12:08 on Wed. afternoon, Jan 4th, your driver in car # 7200417 went through a stop sign turning onto Tennent Rd. Maybe he was late for his lunch break!

I am very upset. I am a resident in Englishtown and for the last few weeks I have not been receiving my personal mail. I have multiple friends and family members that have sent me Christmas cards. I have yet to receive ANY OF THEM. A birthday invite was sent 2 weeks ago, never received that either. I am very annoyed and concerned about this. Also, because my mother lives in the same apartment complex as me (different address) & she has gotten my in the past. I don't understand how this happens.

I placed an order with Amazon for Sunday delivery. No package arrived at my address. On Monday, I began checking other buildings in my condo complex. I found it this morning in the mail room of another building. This is not the first time this has happened. In order to avoid any further issues, I also began to include my building number in my address. Apparently this doesn't matter to the post office. What does it take to get accurate deliveries? I cannot, and should not, have to go on a hunt for my mail/packages when they are delivered incorrectly. Oh, and phone calls to the post office are unanswered.

AWFUL SERVICE. MAIL SOMETIMES GETS DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS, IN MARLBORO GREENS ADULT COMMUNITY CENTER, AND CERTIFIED MAIL THAT REQUIRES A SIGNATURE GOES TO THE COMMUNITY CENTERS P.O BOXES INSTEAD OF MY DOOR, LEAVING A PINK SLIP SAYING I AM NOT HOME. They are rude and lazy. Horrible , my mail has been opened and stolen by these people. They deliver my mail to other people a couple blocks over ( I know because gotten letters redelivered to me with comments on them to postal carrier ) and I get other people's mail. Called all postal numbers to complain and all get is case numbers , nothing done. They say important mail was delivered to me , wrong. Scanned somewhere , but not here. Always a pink slip in box to pick something up , already filled out before and just tossed in box. I even saw delivery person checking mail , reading address and name , and still put in my box and it was wrong name and not even the right street. I stopped USPS for delivering to customers. Done with them , took my box down today , now they have legitimate reason why they can't deliver my mail correctly , well besides being dumb and thieves.

I am being a mail man for 10 years I never open or stolen any mail, every peace of mail that I delivered go to the right address I understand that are carriers who don't do their job, but remember they are great people who work here and care

Awful customer service! I was told they attempted delivery on dec 8 and left a slip..no attempt (I was home) and no slip left. I have tried calling everyday since then to locate my package ( tracking says it's there) and they keep telling me they need to check with the carrier and to call back. I have placed a complaint in with consumer affairs as well as the supervisors. I am so unbelievably frustrated with this office and their lack of knowledge and respect. I understand that it's the busiest time of year for them and I am sure they are working hard but I've been patient long enough.Still waiting for package...and answers ??

my package was delivered by UPS to the Manalapan post office. It said it was delivered, and we still have not received it. Tried calling the post office multiple times in a row, no one will answer. Disgraceful, and exactly why I never ship via USPS!!! ever!!!!

I had a package that said it was out for delivery I met the mailman out at my mailbox he gave me my mail and he said he didn't feel like bringing my package today now I know why I use ups and not usps

Awful service! Scheduled a pickup service they never came to get the packages they just cancelled the pickup. Now I had a delivery that req. a signature, I wasn't there so they left pink slip for re delivery, I filled it out and they picked up the slip, days later and they still haven't redelivered my package.
