Horrible service. Trying to contact Morris Planes office for three days no one answers telephone. Transfered to operator after ten rings the call is routinely terminated. USPS recorded a record loss last year in the Billions of dollars what can you expect if you dont speak to your customers.

I am the communications director for Morris County government and am trying to sort out a postal issue regarding new county offices that opened recently in Central Park of Morris County, at 1 Medical Drive (technically in Parsippany) with an 07950 zip code.. Small boulders placed deliberately to prevent letter carrier from driving over lawn and forming muddy gouges. Just now she plowed the boulders across the front of our lawn. Have pictures. Lawn is destroyed.
