We have lived at 114 HAZELTON TERRACE in Mullica Hill for over 20 years.
We have continuously reminded the Mullica Hill Post Office Staff that WE DO NOT reside at 114 FRANKLIN STREET.
And yet, your staff continues to make the mistake of mixing up the mail between the two addresses! I don't know if the mistake is made in your office or on the street.
Our mail box is clearly marked with the correct address.
114 HAZELTON TERRACE.
Should I post the address on the street in blinking neon lights?
What more can I do to help your staff to rectify the discrepancy?
Please, Please, Please try to deliver the correct mail to the correct addresses!!!

Horrible service. Staff always has an attitude. There is always one person working at the front desk. The Supervisor Mike told me I sounded like trash and hung up on me! I have been at my address for 4 years and still receive someone else's mail. Staff is very unprofessional and not welcoming all the time !!!!
I have been living in Mullica Hill for the last 3 plus years at the SAME address and now all of a sudden for the past couple months (6+) I have not been receiving any of my mail. I have gone to the office and no one does anything!!!!! I am sick and tired of all my mail not getting delivered. Especially the important paperwork like my children's school information!
I agree with Tax Payer. I do not go into the Mullica Hill post office because of the poor attitudes. I also am not receiving mail that I know should be delivered on a particular day due to Informed Delivery Daily Digest. Instead of delivering packages to front porch, they throw them on the grass where you need to find them like an Easter egg hunt. I even have a sign on the garage door "Please deliver all packages to front porch".
