My mail is sporadic in delivery when we know we’re getting letters that are shown on your website he delivers to other homes and drives right by us. I called the Toms River Postal Service and it rings four times and then it hangs up.
The you only reason why I’m giving a one star rating and not a zero rating is because it won’t let me send it unless I have it at least one star
FedEx says local post office is holding my delivery at "customer request. " I never requested a hold. Package is a week overdue. Local post office doesn't answer the phone to confirm package is there. Requires me to drive to different post offices to track down package.
My mail person took my mail delivery to downtown post office. Said at my request. I didn’t have a Hold on my mail. Neither did I tell anyone to take it there.
I live in Holiday City and there is Post Office here, so I of had it taken there. Plus we were home at time of delivery. They didn’t leave a notice either. If the Drug Company didn’t call I wouldn’t of know it was there.
Please redeliver the box.

Tried to call this morning to speak with a supervisor for mail persons that deliver to Holiday City Carefree . However, no one picked up the phone after trying many times . I just wanted to let a supervisor know what a great job out mail person Cheryl does on a daily basis . She is always so pleasant and goes above and beyond her job description. You are lucky to have her as your employee!!
