Postal Locations

Good afternoon. I work for the Thunder as the Front Desk receptionist. We have not received mail this week, including today. We have received no word from the Post Office as to why. In addition to having mail delivered, we usually have important mail that needs pick up for delivery to our fans, business partners and employees. Would the appropriate manager please look into this immediately and make sure that daily delivery resumes as of tomorrow, Thursday, February 16? Thank you. Five packages were out for delivery on 10-18-21 in the Allentown area.. NO packages delivered, NO mail. Four of the packages were for my disabled adult daughter and one for me so I can fix my vacuum! They were all delivered back to TRENTON at 9:19 pm and now I am supposed to pick them up in Roosevelt, NJ ???? Is this a joke? Covid, covid, covid> I have had disgusting mail service LONG before covid! Every time my regular mail carrier is off shit happens! Sue is a gem! Efficient, smart, caring. I knew I was in trouble ordering things while she is on vacation but I needed these items! You have the nerve to raise rates....bullshit, prices should go down! Not all are heroes .... heartless, lazy and stupid! Mostly heartless...have a nice day or sorry ...over used words and no meaning! Oh and god bless>>> real bullshit!

I've been having an issue with my mail going missing just not delivered for months now. Bus passes Cards from friends I'm now out over 200$ I've filed lost and found reports consumer affairs reports. I've been to two different offices everyone I talk to can't figure it out. I have the tracking numbers they still can't figure it out. I was told yesterday that I will get a call back today. No one called me back and now the voice-mail box is full. This is completely insane and shouldn't be. Maybe I'll camp out infront of your office tonight so I'm able to see someone in person. Whats going.on???? A bus pass from February April and now May a very special card with cash in it. How is this ok I spoke with a woman named Jaye and Dinana where is my mail????

was to get a package delivered today but web site said no access to porch.... Im in a wheelchair and the delivery person was too lazy to walk up my handicap ramp.... they could of slid it under the rails of the ramp to the porch....they need to fire that carrier

Absolute joke. Blow up the state house with complaints and hold political party responsible for ZERO change to make our situation better it’s only gotten worse now. NOTHING will get done unless we make a stink and come election time they worry

Due to a move, I had my mail placed on hold to be personally picked up. No clue where my mail is and it’s been a week. No one answers the phone, local PO just says keep calling. Not sure what to do, whoever reads the reviews on the USPO side, a reply is greatly appreciated.

According to I formed delivery I was suppose to receive 2 letter yesterday and 1 today. They were not in my name. I tried calling carrier anex and no one is answering and I can't leave a voicemail. I need my mail.

According to Informed Delivery a package was delivered to my mailbox today. My mail was there but my package was not. I called the Carrier Annex and left a voice mail message which has not been returned. I had a similar experience earlier this year. My mother's income tax check was delivered per Informed Delivery but it wasn't in the mailbox. I called the Carrier Annex three times. The first two times I actually spoke with someone who said they would call back but never did. The third time I left a voicemail message and that call wasn't returned either. Fortunately, the check was delivered to a neighbor who brought it to me.

I ordered for 6 ignition coils for my car to be delivered today October 3rd 2020, instead i got USPS priority mail tracking paper in my mail box as item delivered. I think it is lack of concentration for such error. How do i get my items (6 ignition coils) it's a matter of urgency.

I run a home based business and have hundreds of dollars of priority mail packages from 24 Jul and 27 Jul that are not tracking and searches have not helped. I spoke to carrier yesterday with out going Pority mail and asked that she scan it right away and was told pority packages were not scanned by her they were scanned when they get back to the annex. This is not happening I NEED HELP no one answers 609-581-7601 and the mail box is full you cannot leave a message. This is poor service for small businesses.

35 calls to the exact PO location not answered plus 10 additional calls to general USPS numbers within a 1 hour period. NONE ANSWERED! I needed to tell them I have had a letter in my mailbox for TWO days in a row , the red flag was UP and for TWICE, the carrier left my other mail and DID NOT TAKE the letter and PUT THE RED FLAG DOWN
