I sent a special gift from Vermont which was accepted at this location. Was not delivered. Person to whom gift was sent to went to this post office to find out where it was. Postal employee told her carrier tried delivering 2x. Not true. Can only assume it was stolen by the carrier or another employee. I’ll be filing a grievance with postmaster and a request to track down where this gift ended up.

The mail person on 10/25 /2022 1pm left a mail pertaining to another resident on my mail box. This is not the first time . I call the number 505-346-0876 No ANS . CALLED EVERY 30 MIN . NO ANS. PLEASE TELL ALL MAIL DELIVERY PERSON TO CK ALL THE NAMES ON ALL MAIL TO MAKE SURE THEY DELIVER THE RIGHT MAIL TO THE MAIL BOX WHERE THEY ARE PARKED C L

I'm trying to call and nobody answers just the computer. I needed talk to someone.

I phoned from out of state on a Saturday morning. It took three tries to reach someone. When I did connect, the employee was extremely courteous and helpful. I explained my issue and she personally intervened to help resolve the matter. High marks for excellent service.

I'm so tired of calling the SUNSET office, I have never gotten a person!!!!!!! No one answers! And just like another caller, why do they have a phone that NO ONE answers!

I have been having trouble with my mail delivery person and no one seems to care that I get other peoples mail and turn it back in and yet mine is not to be found. I left a note for the driver and nothing still he doesn’t do his job. I spoke to him as well and his not all there mentally. Omg do you guy just any one who can show up. Need this fix soon. I have had MULTIPLE episodes of mail not being delivered, packages not getting to me. Packages being opened and stuff stolen. I recently have not had my payment for bills delivered as of today!. Also i receive other peoples mail. In the NE heights where I lived prior I never had any issues with my mail. This is unacceptable for an organization that has only one job..... Deliver the mail to the correct house!!! The way things are going the US post office will be out of a job with online payments and such. You would think they would like to keep their jobs by doing a good job! Very frustrating since there is really no one whom I can complain to, I would really like to be able to complain to the national post master to let them know how completely frustrating this is!

I have been living in this zipcode for almost 10 years. At least once a year something happens and I get so frustrated I resort to trying to call this post office with my concern. Of course this is also another option at this Post Office that doesn't work. Last year I was so frustrated about people delivering my packages and the fact that I had to deliver other people's packages on a regular basis, I filed a complaint. I spoke with the Post Master and he told me to call with any more issues. It didn't dawn on me until after I hung up that this was not an option that was really feasible although I did try several times, and this was on his own office number. Again something happened, I tried calling for a couple of hours & then filed a complaint. Surprisingly the post master did contact me by email that he would investigate my complaint so apparently he does sit at his desk; he just doesn't answer his phone. I called Ask USPS & after a holding time of 48 minutes I was able to speak to a live person. I asked her how I can get someone with authority to investigate what is going on over there because I'm convinced the problem isn't just the carriers. She said to "escalate" the complaint and then something can happen. It does go "up" the ranks. So what I would like to say to everyone who reads & writes these reviews to do the same. You can continue to take the time to write or read these reviews or you can go to "file a complaint to USPS" like I did and follow it through. It's not difficult & it has taken me the same amount of time. I can't do this alone. If anything productive is going to happen we have to make it happen. Your choice.

Good morning I am writing today because several residents of Paakweree Village south of Atrisco Heritage High School are not receiving there mail or packages. It is also being distributed in the wrong boxes. It has been a problem for several years now but nothing seems to get done about it. Boxes have been clearly parked as well. We used to have one mail lady who never got it wrong now we have different mail personal and they clearly can't read the boxes or choose to just put in any box they feel like. My suggestion go back to having personal mail boxes too confusing for the mail delivery people to put in right box.

We never recieved our mail for yesterday. I checked up until 7 pm last night, and again this morning.

Just wanted to let you know my packages were left 4 houses down the road. Dont understand why. Can you guys get it straight. Then you say its cause it got stolen. Thats not the case. We pay for shipping. To the right house. Thank you.

The Five Points post ofiice is the worst post office in Albuquerque. I get other people’s mail every day. My neighbors complaint about the same issue. It’s useless to contact the post office directly. The employees at this post office need to be retrained or let go if not doing their job efficiently.

Letter carriers from this location appear to to be the ones no one else wants. For years we have had problems with this Post Office! 1. They put in a drop box down the road from our house. After 2 weeks of no mail my Dad went to the Post Office to learn they had put in a gang box down the road and not given anyone on the street a notice. This was years ago. 2. I have received in my box mail that did not belong to me. Complaints don't seem to help. 3. They will drive past your house to get to the gang box and stick a notice in the box saying to pick something up at the Post Office after waving at you in the yard. (Well at least he waved.) 4. The Supervisor isn't any better. He hides in the back room when you ask to speak to him. Waited 45 minutes today and he never came out... 5. Hope your service is better than mine.

I've been waiting on my sons social for like 3 months, been waiting on my medical card for like 2 months, both got sent back. Its fluckin funny how the Bill's come on time every month never late, but when its mail to benefit us civilians it's always some bullcrap.

We have been complaining about our letter carrier for over a year to no avail. Our complaints both by phone and on line have yet to be addressed. He never closes our box door and have to deal with wet mail, lost mail that flies out when windy like today. Our neighbor brought a couple letters that blew out this afternoon.

While I was in hospital our cluster mailboxes were changed. My key will no longer work. Most of the time no one answers the phone at 5 points. I reached somone once who told me mailperson would call back and then deliver new keys. I never got a call back. Was able to get a substiture carrier to get my mail for me, but she had no idea what was happening or what I needed to do to get new keys. Now I cannot get an answer at 5 points. I am restricted from driing until Aug 5th when I have a followup doctors apt, so I can't get to the post office, nor could I stand in line. Even at that, there is no guarantee that someone will know what to do or how I get new keys. Very poor customer service. I am in a anic about how to get my mail

A postal service female Kathryn I think is her name. She usually delivers on weekends but had the pleasure of her today. She came delivered mail and threw a box at my entryway and left. I yelled “thank you” about 3 times and I know she heard. I know they aren’t appreciated enough so I wanted to do this. She was in her vehicle and I yelled again, “thank you “ twice and no response so I just yelled “ have a nice day” and she took off (zoomed). She has been very rude every time she comes and I know we’ve not done anything to her!! Don’t know what’s going on with her but she’s in the business that she works with the public and should be at least pleasant. I thought maybe if something was going on in her life and she needed understanding from others but she won’t have it!!! My husband tried giving her mail a few weeks ago and she wouldn’t even look at him and she kept inching forward as he walked towards her then sped off! I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t seen through the window! His mouth dropped as she did this!! We have our wonderful mail handler also Cathryn(sp) and she’s a real person and talks and responds! She’s great!!! The other one is always “pissed off face” and just nasty! She either needs attitude adjustment or days off or just find another job not around people. Thanks for listening and hopefully addressing this issue in some way. We can’t be the only ones who have experienced this (her).

All of the employees at this location are exceptional. They are friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes and that is during the holidays. The only thing I am concerned about is the phone is always busy... I think it is broken.

This poat office sucks the past month ive gotten my mail on time or at least before 10am ..all of a sudden they got a wild hair up there ass or something because im expecting a check to come its already 1pm and it still has not got here like bro wtf is going on !?i under stand you have 1000'sof lettera but of your on time all month and its not even a holiday like wtf!? You know its a fedreal offense too keep a persons mail with out permission or to have it in possestion .. Ima look into reporting you people ..ive seen nothong but negative complaints .. These guys are idiots my apt office does not receive any packages. But when I check tracking info it clear states. Dropped off at office. And now I have no idea where my package is. cuz they play dumb like they don’t know what going on . Dumb asses are totally incompetent to deliver a package to the mail box or parcel. much less call the number on the f en package to arrange delivery. A hole don’t you know I pay money for these packages you losing and miss delivering. This is not the only time this has happpen that my packages have been miss handled or has gotten lost total morons and very unhelpful

Horrible. I was waiting for the delivery man to deliver 4 packages to my house and when i saw him pass by I was waiting to receive them. Instead he just puts something in my mailbox without getting out of his vehicle and left. When I went to check what it was it was a "sorry we missed you card". He didn't even attempt to deliver the packages and instead leaves a card saying "sorry" he missed me. I do not know if he was being lazy or just didn't want to do it but he should be doing his job and delivering packages.

My mail and medication Packages from The VA hospital always gets lost or never gets delivered. Im always missing my medications. I put in tracking # and it says package was delivered on that date time and day. I still haven't recieved my packages yet??? I call five points and no one ever answers the phone??? It's sad that all government agencies are not Veteran friendly or not willing to help anyone or have the compassion to do so. God have mercy on your souls and cold heart!

We are very upset with the carrier for the zip code 87105. We send 2 letters to the same address every week, one week they will get the letter and the next week they won't. What seems to be the problem? We have been sending letters to this address for a number of years and the problem has just started within the last month.

Many times have not received mail due to mail person delivering to the wrong address. Packages say they have been delivered, yet they were never received. Every time we call nothing is done. The delivery people need to actually read the addresses before putting them into the box. My son's recent package says it was delivered on the 11th and we still haven't received it. I am to the point where I do not trust the post office with anything.

I have been trying for the last 40 minutes to reach the post office on Sunset (in the south valley) Albuquerque NM all I get is a busy signal. So I tried the 1800 number and this number is useless if you need to actually talk to someone it's a recording that doesn't understand anything you say. So then I tried 4 different local locations and not one office answered. I was at the Sunset office and the business drop off bin was so full that the door was stuck..so I tried the other one and it was just as full. I was going to go into the main part of the post office but the line was out the door I didn't have the time to wait in line..I tried to get a counter person's attention to let them know but I was ignored so I left. This office needs more help or better management. And why do none of the post offices answer their phones!!!!

I'm so frustrated. We recently got a new mail man for the Gonzales area and I have been having to take mail to the people that live on the next street down, we both have 6413 but different streets. I've taken these people their mail from my house because they are an older couple who's medication has gotten delivered to my house along with some checks. I didn't even know these people but now were friends trying to keep track of each others mail. That's the only good thing that has come out of this! I'm missing packages I've ordered through Amazon and I was waiting on a check in the mail that has not arrived. I call the post office and its busy there's only one number listed for the Five Points Post office. I've been calling it since 8 AM and nothing BUSY!! I'm beginning to think that maybe they have it off the hook!! This is REDICULIOUS!

The mail carriers from here are mentally deficient. They deliver all my packages to all my scum bag neighbors.who obviously keeps them. It's not even the busy season. I've already had like 5 packages delivered to wrong addresses and all they say is we will look into it. Meanwhile I have to fight with the merchandisers who think I'm dishonest. THEY SUCK!
