Please tell me what I need to do to get a replacement mail-box key. It seems I lost mine two days ago (Jan. 17, 2023) after picking up my mail at my neighborhood mail-box. My address is 4016 Palacio Real Avenue, NW, 87120. Although I recall putting my mail-box key in a pocket in my car, it was not there the next day, Jan. 18. I'm afraid I may have DROPPED the key beside my car and didn't get it in the car pocket after all. PLEASE ADVISE WHAT I NEED TO DO.

Three packages with health supplies have been delivered to neighbors' addresses. These neighbors contacted us and delivered the packages to us. Yesterday (7/14) my next door neighbor found the package key dangling from the door of the open package box. He retrieved the package and brought to our door. He delivered a similar package to us the day before. Over a week ago, a package was delivered to a neighbor three blocks away. This neighbor also contacted us. Can this careless & incompetent behavior stop? Please contact us about this problem!

This place acts like you need them more than they need you. Waited at home for an international package that required a signature. Watched the truck drive right on by. Refreshed the tracking to read that they attempted to deliver my package. I went to the community box to find an attempted delivery slip for me to sign. Tried to call, no answer. I went to the PO and was told by the man behind the counter "we are not required to go to your door". To which I replied "how am I supposed to sign for a package if you dont come to the door?" He tells me the slip would prompt me to come into the PO to pick up my package. But the slip is for me to sign for re-delivery not to pick up the item! I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor storms to the desk, slaps the slip on the desk and says "SIGN HERE!" Nothing more, nothing less, just barks a two word order at me. I inquired as to what im signing for and offered to show her video of the driver blowing right on passed my house. She very rudely tells me shes not looking at any video and that they will deliver my package. I had to ask TODAY!? She says "IF I HAVE TO DELIVER IT MYSELF" and storms off. No apologies, no professionalism, just pure attitude. Yes, I did receive my package later that evening (she sent the carrier back out). While I appreciate them coming back, I dont appreciate the hoops I had to jump through to get it delivered and the massive attitude of the man at the desk and more so the supervisor. Why should the desk clerks be professional if their leadership is 10x worse? Now a month later a package not get scanned in when transferred from another carrier service and sitting in limbo for over 2 weeks. Coincidence or malice? Guess we may never find out. This PO needs a massive attitude adjustment.

I am 81 and my Wife is 74. We both have mobility problems. I talked to my carrier and she said there is a form we can get and have our Dr sign and with that we can get our mail delivered to our Door. This location is the absolute worst!!!!!!!! They are so rude at the desk. Those men hate their lives and jobs I guess. And they refuse to answer the phones. This is just ridiculous! I have gone down there physically and left messages for my lost mail they say they will call me and no one does :( I dont have time to keep taking off from work to go down there. SO frustrating.

Hmmm... just went to Pino station to purchase 1 roll of 100 first class stamps. They said they didn't have any. Hmmm...have a business a block away from the Pino station where our business mail is picked up and delivered. We are lucky if our mail is picked up and delivered 3 times per week. Is this a managment issue? Any oversight for postal stations?

I moved to the area October 4th. I went to the office to pick up my mail key and was told to come back 10 days later because the person making the keys have not finished them. I went back 10 days later and was told it would be another month until the keys were finished. I was told my mail would be held at the post office. 5 days later, I returned to pick up mail. I waited for 1 1/2 hours but no mail. The person helping me told me he called the carrier twice but she did not pick up. He took down my name and number and told me he'd update me on my mail once the carrier returned. I never received a call. I returned on the 21st to find out if there was any mail for me and was told their wasn't any. Again, the person helping me (different person this time) told me that she had called the carrier but the carrier wasn't answering. She wrote down my name and number and told me she would call me to update me. I told her that the man who helped me a few days earlier told me he would call me and he never did. She assured me she would call me. I haven't received a phone call. This is the most disappointing customer service from a post office I've ever encountered. I have updated my address through USPS; there has been verified mail sent to me that I'm waiting for. I don't know what else to do except complain here. It's frustrating! What is going on with this place?

Always get the run around when I have to deal with this location. Missed a certified letter delivery. Went online to schedule it for me to pick up the next day. I got an email from USPS verifying customer pick up. Stand in line to pick it up, and they say oh no you asked for that to be redelivered it is with the carrier. Now I am stuck waiting at home trying to make sure I don't miss then again while I am on a call working from home. Who knows if they'll deliver, who knows if it is actually at the location. It is stressful enough not knowing what the letter is.

I am furious to report that there is a thief working as a postal worker from this location. I ordered package from Macy's and it was delivered last Friday with the box opened and completely empty in the lock box. I tried to call the post office 3 times and it rang and then cut me off. If I were not so busy during the day taking care of my grandbaby during the week I would go myself, but that was pointless as well the last time I had to report something not delivered. I went 3 times and even contacted USPS.com and filed a complaint and was told to "just call the store and get another one, if they value you as a customer they will send you another one" NO ACCOUNTABILITY and no was confronted or reprimanded or fired for stealing or misplacing packages!

The Pino Station has been our post office for 26 years. We have always had problems with our mail delivery. When it gets bad, we go in and lodge a complaint...have to do so several times. So, for a short time things are better. Then back to receiving only a couple pieces of mail a day, or other people's mail. This month 5 bills were never delivered. One time the person one street over who has the same address number, just a different street name, kept receiving our mail. He let a month of mail pile up, and finally took it over and laid it on the top of the kiosk. There were checks and bills in there! When I complained, He actually came to the door to chew me out about reporting him. (anybody can make a mistake...) Really? A months' worth of mail is a mistake??? I think they transfer him to a diffent location after they receive a number so many complaints, but then after a time he's back...or maybe there are more bad delivery persons than good. Pino station NEVER answers the phone, and when you go in to complain, you usually talk to a person who has no authority to do anything about it. When I did talk to the manager on another occasion, and a woman from my neighborhood was there too, and added her very same concerns, he couldn't get rid of us fast enough, and he never did anything about our issues. We had to keep going in and talking to someone different. These inept, over-paid, lazy people should be fired, but no, we must continually waste our time talking to people who don't care, in an attempt to simply get our mail delivered every day. You can't email USPS because all of that is for a specific piece of mail, or tracking.

I have a temporary address change. I am served by this PO and my address change to PO box is in same PO. Tracking shows a packaged received by this PO on March 22 2021 forward to......... has not arrived at PO box in same facility by April 22 2021. I have called many,many time but no one picks up. I would like to know who to report this to.

When I went to get my mail from a locked mailbox I happen to notice a package on the GROUND a few feet from me. The package looked like the package from my Mail Order prescription company. So I picked up the package from the GROUND & I could not believe that they were my Mail Order prescriptions. Now please explain to me how this package ended up on the ground & not in my mailbox. Please check with the mail carrier!! This is unacceptable!!

We have been in isolation for a year and everything we need is delivered. We are huge users of Amazon, and the USPS delivers 97% plus of those packages. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. Our carrier is wonderful. Packages are always in good shape.

I order almost everything online. It never fails, packages too often being delivered by USPS never reach my mailbox despite a delivery notice indicating otherwise. The frequency of this is RIDICULOUS. The postal service has a problem. And there is no recourse to find the package! My mailman told me once "Amazon will return your money." Interestingly, I never told him the package was from Amazon.

I HAVE BEEN EXPECTING A PACKAGE. EMAILS SAID IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED TODAY. I WAS HOME ALL DAY. I GOT ANOTHER EMAIL THAT SAID PACKAGE DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR. Tracking info. for a package I am waiting on indicates the package reached Albuquerque on a 7/8/20 via UPS, and was transferred to the post office on the same day. Today is 7/16/20 and I still have not received the package. Calling the P.O. was a waste of time, as the phone rang several times and then just disconnected. I have consistently experienced poor customer service at this P.O. I just need the package!

omg i been calling this post office going 3 weeks to see if my key come in. they told my 10 - 14 days omg its hard to talk to someone at the post office. I cant talk to anyone then when i call the 800 number it take them more then hour to call me back. what the F*** what the hell. I was in the post office this morning and watched one of the postal employees sneeze repeatedly. She was not wearing a mask. Nor did she change her gloves. Limiting patronage to 5 customers in the post office at a time to prevent coronavirus spread is pointless when the postal workers aren't taking any precautions.

The mailboxes were switched out in the 7 bar north neighborhood without any type of notice When I checked my mail I couldn't open the box. A notice was placed on the box today. The previous day I also spoke with the letter carrier. I couldn't believe his personal appearance. Giant earrings in his ear, tattoos showing on his neck and face. USPS wonders why people rather go with UPS or FedEx. We received a notification at 9:34am that a package was attempted to be delivered. I am a SAHM, no one attempted to deliver our package. I waked to the mailbox and asked the mailman if he had my package since you can’t “deliver” it here I am... to get my package. He didn’t have it, said another mailman had it and it should be in our front office. I checked with them and they said no packages were delivered. The other mailman gave us a slip. My husband drives to the paradise location to go pick it up-that’s what our slip says to do. They don’t have our package... y’all need to get your crap together. Don’t “attempt” a delivery if you haven’t. It’s super inconvenient and I’ll make sure to never use USPS as a delivery option other than our regular mail... now we can’t get our package because the original guy still has it...

My address is 10505 Trevino loop NW. At 2:05 pm on 1/8/2020 I watched my postal carrier as he drove past my mail box without delivering my mail. I stopped him (Victor) at the next door neighbor's box and asked him if he had mail for my address. He replied yes and said that a vehicle was in front of my box. I informed him there was ample room to deliver the mail and he attempted to argue (unacceptable). I asked for his name and walked away. There were no vehicles prior to the box and one was parked seven feet (tape measured) past the box. I don't know how many feet is required but seven feet is more than enough. I very much would like a reply to this complaint.

Moved to a new address, went to Pino location stood in line for two hours to submit two separate change of address forms and to order mailbox keys. Two weeks later, stood in line for two hours to pick up mailbox keys and zero mail had been held for my fiancé or myself. I’ve been at my new address for over a month now and have not received a single piece of mail to my mailbox and they lost two packages. This is the worst post office in Albuquerque, very disorganized and zero follow through. The manager seems to not care about their customers. I will be filling a formal complaint and will be taking further action regarding my lost packages.

Your postman did not pick up my mail today from my mail box even though red flag was up indicating mail. He just stuffed the mail he had to deliver over the outgoing mail. Lucky I was home when I heard him drive by so I went out to pick up new mail and outgoing mail to be picked up, I walked across the street to discuss the issue with him and hand him the outgoing mail, he was full of excuses. I mailed our 1st of the month bills on 1/1/19. They barely cleared my checking account on 1/30/19. I also received over $75.00 in late fees and interest for the incompetence of this post office. Very disappointing. I will never mail anything near this location.

This post office is the worst. I am pretty sure the carrier steals things, and decides what he delivers and what he doesn't. I see, after reading the comments that I am not the only one that has issues with this post office. They need to hire people that are smart enough, and that are not out to steal. I love this post office, everyone is always friendly and helpful. Remember if you go at noon, the workers have to eat too and even though they stagger their lunches, they are usually down a worker, so be patient. This is one of the better post offices that I have ever been to. Kudo's to everyone.

I live at 6206 Sierra Nevada Cir NW 87114 for over a year now. started receiving mail just fine but about 8 months ago stopped, but we were receiving our packages. i did contact Pino Station 8 months ago and i informed them whomever our carrier was, was not delivering our mail. I never received my TSP information which by the way contains Personal Information in it and I have received my vehicle registration sticker and i have requested it twice. Now today i didnt receive the package the i ordered even though the tracking number said it was delivered. instead i got my neighbors package. i would like for my package to be delivered to me by thursday nov 15. not sure if the carrier or a supervisor needs to look through the mail boxes to find it, but it would be appreciated.

My wife and I were expecting packages and a lady from 5blocks away brought her on Sunday and she said she had it since Friday or Saturday she couldn't remember. My package from my daughter shows that it was delivered in my mailbox on Wednesday the 9th. No package, still no package on the 10th. I tried calling the Pino Station, but all I get is a busy signal (even after hours, which should be impossible), so obviously their phone isn't working. I want to know where this package is. I need it, it was supposed to be a priority package! I am worried that my package was put in an incorrect box, and 2 of neighbors have moved in the past couple of weeks, so if it got put in theirs, it's not being checked! This post office always says they delivered a package and personally I have had to call and ask where they delivered it to. Once I complaiothe package magically appeared the same day I complained even tho the carrier marked it had been delivered days prior. I think he just holds packages and if nobody claims them he says they’re delivered and he rips them off. There’s no other explanation especially when I live in a apt complex and everyone here says it’s happened to them to. He’s a thief

Part of the job is answering phone calls. I don't think the employees here understand this. Half the time when I call, they'll pick up the phone and then immediately hang it up. It's a useless and shameful excuse for customer service. If anyone is reading this who is having the same issue, just keep calling them. It'll annoy them enough and eventually they'll pick up. What a joke.

I am a resident of Ventana Ranch and the mail service I get in our area is the most horrible I have ever experienced! Our mail carrier simply cannot seem to get addresses correct. I have had to redeliver mail to my neighbors on multiple locations and I am not paid to do the mail carriers job. As of last week my package is still missing even though per the tracking mechanism shows delivered to a parcel locker I still have yet to receive a key to the parcel. This leads me to believe that they simply placed the key in the wrong locker and the recipient isn't honest enough to return it or the mail carrier is simply stealing which is a federal offense! Either way I have already called USPS to complain in which they assured me a manager or supervisor of the post office would contact me and here we are a week later with no contact. I have tried to contact this location and nobody answers the phone. What a waste of government funds and my time!

I live in Ventana Ranch and over the past 10 years we have had many, many things that have come up missing from our community mail box. Recently an entire box of contact lenses which are not cheap. It is always things that are delivered by mail order so I know it has to be theft. It does not good to complain as they take no action and nothing is ever done.

I find it deplorable that the employees at the Richard Pino Post Office absolutely refuse to answer their phones. I tried numerous times to get through simply to inquire about a missing package I suspect my carrier left at someone else's address. Yet, after repeated attempts my phone calls where ignored and at times the phone was answered then immediately hung up. What does it take to speak to a postal official--an act of Congress? No wonder USPS continues to lose money! What dismal public service!!!!!!!

I don't bother calling this post office. I go there in person. Still get that "attitude" that sucks. And remember, they are always right.

Had packages being delivered by Amazon.com. Received message they had been delivered. They weren't in my mailbox nor outside my front door so went to the post office on November 30 to pick them up. I was told that they weren't there and that they don't put packages outside people's doors (Which is a lie because I received a package on November 27 on my door step and the tracking service stated that). The tracking service said that one package was delivered to the post office on November 28 and one package on November 29. Tried calling numbers listed on website but no one answered either number (272-8741 and 272-8739). Couldn't get an answer. Where are my packages????

Same thing happened to my package that was supposed to delivered yesterday it showed it’s been delivered and it says the package was left on the residence’s mail box when i checked my mailbox it was empty. So what happened to my package? I have another one coming and hoping it won’t happen the same thing.

My held mail was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered and there was a check in it that I needed to deposit right away. I called the phone number listed in "Contact Numbers" and the phone was never answered and there was no recording or voicemail box, so I had to drive across town from work on my lunch hour to see if my held mail was still at the post office. Of course, I had to wait in a long line only to find out the mail was out with the carrier for delivery. I asked if the carrier could be contacted so I could get the mail from him/her and they tried calling and said the carrier wasn't answering. I showed the lady at the window the contact phone number and asked if it was the correct number because no one answers it and she said no, the number was 505-792-8739. Terrible service! Held mail should be delivered on the right day, correct phone numbers should be listed, and phones should be answered so people don't have to waste time driving across town to find out information!

Really bad service levels at this PO, especially by Steve. Had a not on my mail box today that said this is a new unit and you have to go to the PO to pick up keys. Old keys won't work. Went to the PO and talked to Steve. It was like talking to a wall. He said he didn't have any keys and no mail was being held. I asked, how do I get my mail? He said use your key. What a stupid response - already told him the key didn't work. Now I am really upset. Have to wait until tomorrow to get my mail only if someone smarter than Steve can figure out where the keys are. Poor management and execution in a federally run business.
