I just wrote to commend your employee, John Urban, on the main USPS site, but I am also putting it here just in case. I contacted Mr. Urban when I discovered that somehow a package that was sent to me from Dallas, TX to Cloudcroft, NM (where I am only staying temporarily) was inadvertently keyed by a Dallas clerk to go to a different address in Clovis, NM. Mr. Urban spent a lot of time researching the problem for me and, based on his analysis of where the package kept getting placed in a loop between Lubbock, TX and El Paso, TX, he developed a theory of what had happened (and it turned out he was exactly right). He took the time to contact supervisors in both Lubbock and El Paso and, after it continued in the same loop for about a week, someone finally caught it. I was on the phone with Mr. Urban about 5 times between last week (approx. 2/2/21) and today (2/12/21) and he never gave me the impression I was bothering him. Rather, he was all too ready to assist, and I am convinced that without his diligent and persistent efforts to help track down my package it would still be in that continuous loop between Lubbock and El Paso. Instead, the package arrived here in Cloudcroft, NM today. Please accept my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Urban. He is clearly one of your outstanding employees.

God damn horrible! Where the hell is the God damn customer service?! Trying to locate a package that says delivered and all I get is the worst automated service ever. Nobody answers a god damn phone...EVER! I wouldn’t want to disrupt your god damn day by making you work by pushing some buttons on a god damn computer to locate my god damn package!
