A book wasn't delivered to my residence but reported as delivered to the sender (Ebay, Discover Books). Jon Romero from Coronado post office left me a voicemail insisting it was delivered. However: 1. I checked my mailbox a few times that day(2/19/24). 2. Since I get email notices with images of expected mail, I have not received any notice or image for this book on 2/19/24. Neither did I get any image before or after.

We have great respect and are very pleased with the service at this PO. Been using it since the one on Cordova closed (ancient history) and Sparky (our favorite clerk) worked there. Always courteous and hardworking in all seasons (including Christmas!).We always leave cookies for the postal driver at Christmas. Good folks.

I mailed a ring to a jeweler that was going to replace one of the stones and when she received it the package was ripped on the side and the ring stolen out of it. I know it had to have been someone at the mail facility as no one else had it in between sending. It is so sad that our post office workers would do that. It cost $400 ring and now it is lost.

I was informed today that our postlady has decided to withhold all mail to my address until she has the names of all the tenants living on the property. My name has been in the mailbox from the day I moved in. And I have spent a week contacting my credit card company about my card not being delivered. She only informed 1 of the 5 apartments about her decision. They were told "no name no mail"

At the Vista Primera mail boxes near the park, a damaged main box has prevented delivery for several services. It would be appreciated and appropriate to get the boxes repaired early next week. Also, one should budget for all new boxes for that bank of boxes. Lock and general conditions of these boxes are not meeting good and safe protection of property. The boxes are over 30 years old. Thanks

I saw a substitute mail carrier scream and aggress my neighbor yesterday in the 87505 zip code. Today I found my neighbor’s mail a block and a half away-on street.

Called them several times about a letter that was sent with a tracking number and needed to get to the destination but these ppl are TOO GOOD TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE. In fact I called another post office in Santa Fe and can't get them on the phone what is up with them in Santa Fe they act like they are too good to answer their phones vs Anthony post office who has no problem answering their phones. This is crappy way to operate.

This branch has started sending my mail back to sender stating that "there is no such number", even though I have gotten mail for over a year, almost two at this address.

Missing packages (numerous) picked up yesterday, never scanned. This is a business. Called all day, probably 25 times and no one answer, even called Supervisors number and she doesn't answer. What the heck, I can't run a business like this with this type of support.

Called Coronado Post Office for OVER AN HOUR, REPEATEDLY, and no one answered. Actually, I did get one answer, followed immediately by a hang up. I was calling to advise that our boxes had been severely vandalized. Not sure why I bothered. Also tried to send them a fax with same complaint, but, you guessed it, their fax machine didn't answer either. I've dealt with Coronado for many years, and I wish I could say that this was a one time thing, but sadly, their customer service has ALWAYS, in my experience, been utterly deplorable. See below for info on how to handle complaints/concerns, because Coronado sure as Hell won't. I had an express mail delivery today, but the delivery guy rang the bell and I went to answer the door, which took 10 seconds (I have a small 2nd story house, not big house), but he already left the Missed Delivery Notification in my mail box... He must written the notification before he rang the bell. This is not the first time.... The phone number is wrong number, it's a main office number. Coronado station is 505-438-1540. Also the Pickup Services Hours are not 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, it's 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.

SAME problem! I actually CALLED Red Plum to stop having those things delivered. I keep getting them, but it's other addresses on them...all different addresses! None of which are mine, so I know my delivery guy isn't paying attention and doesn't care. He just dumps them in my mailbox because he's lazy! When I've called to complain, the phone just rings endlessly and no one answers. Extremely poor customer service!!!
