Let me tell you that if you ever need to get something delivered in Santa Fe GOOD LUCK. These people should all be fired and they should start new. For the third Christmas in a row I have tried to get a package from Alto to Santa Fe, a three hour drive, which I should do, and it goes from Alto to El Paso to ABQ. All normal but what is NOT normal is for it to then go back and forth from ABQ to Santa Fe four or five times in a four day period before someone pulls their head out of their butt and realizes the package needs to be delivered in Santa Fe. This is so ridiculous. I pay for intro go priority which is over 15 dollars and they still can’t figure out what to do with the package. Currently, for this years package, it was at the Alto PO on Wednesday 12/11 and has been back and forth between Santa Fe four times and as of Monday 12/16 it is back I Santa Fe and being processed again. I sure hope that six days down the road now it gets to where it belongs but since it is homemade cookies I am sure my friend will have to thrown them away. Way to go you idiots.

This is the crappiest mail service I had to deal with ever. I have lived all over the United States. They can’t get the mail to you no matter what I have had to wait or a month to get a letter which I know was mailed from Cali and still nothing this crap.

I was third person in line to mail a package. ONE clerk. He was helping two women (possibly nuns) send small packages with beads in them to people around the world. 25 minutes later he thanks us for being patient, chuckles, and continues to process and is only half way through the pile of small envelopes. Now the line is 11 people. You would think he would call for assistance but no. I left as did others and he knew it and didn't care. This is typical of this USPS location. Go elsewhere.

I saw my package was out for delivery on Sunday. at 8:30 a notice popped up saying the driver could not access my location, the one I drive in and out of daily without ANY obstructions. Monday the package does not show up on the delivery status update. Tuesday, still not out for delivery. very frustrating!!

We rented a house in Tesuque for the month of June. We had our mail forwarded to the main post office in Santa Fe. Throughout our stay, we never received any of our mail that had supposedly been forwarded. We are home now and trying to find our lost mail. Our home address is 1125 S Arroyo Vista Drive, Wickenburg, AZ 85390. Our forwarding address while we were in Tesuque was 2 Griego Hill, Santa Fe 87501 Can you determine if our mail is HIDING somewhere in your locaton, please?

I had a package stolen from our mail box because it was delivered to a business that is closed on a Saturday & Sunday. Why would a mail carrier leave packages in a mailbox for a business that is closed and near a hub for homeless people......WOW!!!!!! not very smart, they would think twice if it was for them...............NOT HAPPY............ AT ALL

The last 5 weeks had been very bad! If I got any mail at all would be around 5 pm. I live on R-9, A lot of third-class mail had not been delivered. Local supermarket circulars are gone. What is wrong with this postal worker. Supervisor, please keep your eyes on your employee.

Every Friday if I have a package scheduled for delivery it doesn’t arrive. Tracking will say it’s out for delivery. Then, at the end of the day there will be some message as to why it wasn’t delivered. Customer requested delivery change. Which I didn’t and couldn’t according to USPS rules. No access when the weather is nice and roads are clear. Unable to locate. Really? I saw the mail truck in the neighborhood. Other times, tracking says the package was delivered but nowhere to be found. Then it arrives many days later. As I write this, I note I’m wasting my time. Nothing will happen to change the problem.

Ourl neighborhood goes for days w/no mail delivery. Have to find out on our own that packages are at the P.O. Notes put in package tracking that customers requested package be held at P.O. are out right LIES ! ! When talk to person at Santa Fe NM's main P.O., from which our delivery comes, our problem is met w/uncaring response. THIS MUST BE CORRECTED ! ! !

So I have read there was covid-19 at this particular post office. I was there last Friday to mail a package and waited in line, with everyone wearing masks, even the postal clerks. Then the lobby trash collector came in to empty the garbage, without a mask. The ONLY person without a mask. Everyone in line trying to scramble to maintain 6 feet from this idiot. This careless jerk is employed by the USPS and should be wearing a mask. Especially at a KNOWN INFECTION SITE.

Don't we pay the salaries of the postal people? Yes we do...whether federal or state it comes out of the same source...I would like to know when did they become the people's boss and become so rude. They do not post on line that they have closed the post office and fail to show up on time to work when it is open...Why are we the people allowing this disrespect?

Its because theyre funded by the government so they will never lose funding, so the workers have no reason to work hard. No matter how crappy of service they provide they will always get those tax dollars

We moved from one area of town to another. Changed our address on December 22 2017! Almost 2 months later we still have not received any mail. The POST OFFICE says we have not received mail because our new residence was declared a 'dead address'. So How long does it take to undeclare it as such???? I have been to the post office many times and the day time supervisor never comes to speak with me! A true lazy sac of shit!

I live in a Condominium complex, 87506. After never-ending problems, the mailman was replaced, and I had absolutely SUPERB service from a Mr.Jack Tapia.Out of the blue, apparently due to sudden seniority, he got replaced by a younger version with seniority. BACK are the problems. Parcels placed in my locker AGAIN with a key that does not open it. UNABLE to ACCESS MY PARCELS FOR 5 DAYS!!!!HULLO????? KEY REMAINS IN THE EMPTIED MAILBOX...WHY???? NO!!!!!! REALLY????????? CALLING AND WRITING TO WASHINGTON.

They literally never answer the phone. I've been trying to reach them for over a month now and every single time I call it just rings and then disconnects. There's not even a voice mail box to leave a message. . This is very frustrating and really inconvenient as I don't live anywhere near this office so I can't go down and talk to someone in person.

Contacted Post office Talked to Ross? Supposedly Manager at the Santa Fe location, If you call this a manager he has no professionalism at all, he wan not helpful and very rude. I needed help tracking something down and he sent I back from Saturday to Tuesday? He even hanged up the phone on me, and stated he can do anything. I work with customer all day long this is not unacceptable in anyway to treat someone. I asked to speak with a manager and he stated there was no one higher than him?? Are you serious what kind state office is this???
