when are going to fix the broken mail boxes on Sun Pillars Ave at 79 year of age it is not easy going to pick my mail and if anything happens to my wife while she is waiting for me to get back from the post office i do think i will sue you. what could be taking so long this is getting RIDICULOUS

I have an emergency situation and need help with it...it is impossible to speak to a real person at our PO, and none of the categories work for my problem. How do I go about getting information from our Valle Verde post office. This means speaking to a real person. I need to solve this ASAP Thank you, Mickey Pajor

Our mailbox has been inoperable for over a week secondary to either vandalism or an accident. This is getting ridiculous waiting for it to be repaired. When it that going to occur!?

Called many times, no one answers

Business customer who tries to call to track packages and NO answer, tries to find out where mail is (almost no mail for three days and that just is NOT right)....it is a total waste of time to try to work with the USPS location.....Honor is usually pretty good about answering questions and trying to help but she is limited by what the other departments provide by means of support.

The most dishonest & incompetent post office in Henderson . A manger won’t even come to the window to assist a customer. This fifty plus ugly white blonde woman supervisor named Honor refuses to get her manger or help any customer and they never answer the postal phone.

i am still waiting to received information about my undelivered mail. Also would like to know why I have a vacant flyer in my mailbox. Unable to get in touch with a person.

I was expecting a small package that will fit in my mail box. I received an email stating the package has been delivered. Went to my mailbox and there is no package. Where is it ???

Called the post office, and the phone rang 52 times; no one picked up. Great job, guys.........

I have been trying to make contact with this post office no for 3 hrs calling every 5 mins. is this a long coffee break this is very important tracing down a over due package with medicians

This place don’t even know their own policy. They violated somebody’s rights for videotaping on the property. Almost got them arrested I hope they get sued

My mail person almost never gets things in the right mailbox! Now I'm missing 3 packages that were tracked as delivered to the mailbox, but were not! They used to have a local number and helpful staff to fix issues, now there's no way to contact them! So frustrating!!!

The first mail box near Horizon Ridge Parkway has very sticky glue at the top of the shoot and down. I am not sure if my mail got stuck in the glue. I got some on my hand and it was difficult to remove. Whoever did that needs to know it is a federal offense.

The outside drive through drop off mail box is too full. I am afraid someone might grab and steal all those mails that are piled up in the mail box. Envelopes and mails are even visible and they could be easily taken away. Please do not wait until the regular pick up time in the afternoon. I suggest that a postal worker goes to the box and take care of this right away. It is at the Horizon Ridge Parkway near Valle Verde branch.

I cannot understand what is going on with the mail service. We moved from 2251 wigwam parkway unit 212 Henderson nv. 89074. a person with the same last name as ours DeMarco has moved in to that address. Beverly/JohnDeMarco has moved to 710 Sugar Bend Circle, SW Madison Alabama and we have been receiving our mail at this address just fine. BUT ZANE DEMARCO'S MAIL IS COMING TO ALABAMA, WHY IS THAT? I HAVE CONTACTED THE USPS 4 TIMES. LIKE I SAID WHAT IS THE PROBLEM, IT CANNOT BE THAT HARD.

I order once or twice a month, small amounts of silver bars/coins from JM Bullion. I purchase just over $100 each time and the shipping if free (first class USPS). Twice in the last 2 months, I did not receive my orders/packages/deliveries. The tracking number associated with each delivery says it was delivered, but I never received them. I live in an apartment and have gang mailboxes, so no one could steal from them. You need a key to open your mailbox. Its apparent that the US Postal employee is stealing the small packages with silver in them. I complained to JM Bullion, but basically, they told me that it sucks for me because I did not insure it. Why do I need to insure items with a value of just over $100? You'd think the USPS would hire more honest individuals.

I love this post office except for Maria!!! Does she ever have a good day?? Is she ever in a good mood??? everybody else - good morning, good afternoon not Maria unfortunately. SCOWL on her face and never a greeting. My first meeting with her at the little substation in the post office across from the counters. I had some items to be scanned and she said I should just drop them off. I told her I needed a receipt and she acted like I was putting her out. It is her job isn't it??? So now when she is there I wait in the line no matter how long it is. Today I got stuck with her at the counter and again no greeting ( there was no greeting to anybody she waited on while I was there ). I had 6 packages to be scanned. Not a word just that oh so familiar scowl!!!! I needed to get 3 bubble mailers an asked her for them. She said I would have to go out to the little substation. I guess that is not her job either!!! The USPS is a customer service business Maria put a smile on it :) PLEASE!!!! or take a laxative maybe you would be in a better mood!!!!

This post office sucks. I moved and haven't gotten mail since September of last year. Have been here for 5 times telling them that and when things are addressed to my current address, they still get sent back to whoever is sending me mail! Wtf. They're always assuring me that they'll tell the workers that it's the right address but wtf haven't gotten mail. This place sucks!!!!!!!!!!
