Postal Locations

My orders from shopping never come. It's been for more than 2 weeks and the tracking information does not change each day. The status says "Local weather Delay" when it was not snowing at all. I cannot even track my packages anymore. I rather go to pick up my packages at USPS if they don't deliver...

I live in Incline Village NV and have gotten only 2 mail delivery's I the past 2 weeks. I have gotten late past due bills and all other mail has not been delivered. This post office is the most incompetent USPS office of anywhere I’ve lived.I have to physically go to the Incline Village post office and wait 30 min to pick my mail, this totally inexcusable!!

Yipes. I guess things haven't improved much in all these years. I'm a 17-yr resident of IV and have had my ups and downs with our IV USPS. Learned our mailman is AWOL since beginning of July, so there've been no deliveries to our clusterbox. The Amazon deliveries no longer sit at the front door, and tracking page rotates through a series of untruths as to why the delivery couldn't be made. Seriously, local stores could NOT get away with this kind of service, but our USPS seems to muddle on with undelivered mail, lack of manpower, dingy environment and discouraged workforce. Pandemic is enough to deal with these days, and I don't need to stand in line for 50 min for the LONE USPS clerk, so I simply go to Postal Express across the parking lot. Must be a brutal profession to face the abuse of furious customers all day long. I fantasize for the day when our mail delivery goes PRIVATE and USPS is laid to rest.

THE WORST P.O. EVER! IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT WE HAVE TO RELY ON THIS POST OFFICE TO DELIVER OUR MAIL. THEY ALWAYS MESS UP - RETURN MAIL AND DONT KNOW WHO YOU ARE EVEN AFTER LIVING HERE FOR 20 YEARS!

Worst post office in America. Rude people and totally not helpful in any way. No one ever answers the phone. I was told to come backanother day because due to COVID 19 they have been working 14 hour days and I needed to leave.

Worst Post Office in America! Always loose my package, never can deliver my mail to the correct address and never answer their phones!

The worst post office service I have ever experienced. There is at most 99% of the tine one worker. You will never be able to get through via phone. I watched them watch the phone ring and ring and not a single worker cared to even pick up to say they are busy. Also they can't get your items to you when they arrive They tell you if it doesn't arrive before 11am we process it next day or the day after. It's so inconvenient. The management of this facility must not care about customer service. Changing to postal express and you've lost my business.

tracking number 9505512002089350458579. Says package delivered and ready for pick up there on December 19, 2019. Why are you telling my grandson it's not there. who is responsible for posting the tracking information. Is it there or is it not. If it's not , find out who is falsifying this information. I need a response on this situation.

Incline Village NV PO is the worst! Received several emails that pkgs were delivered 08/01, but keys for lockers never put in my PO box. Going to get box elsewhere.

EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE! If you have a choice, I suggest that you get your mail at the Chrystal Bay Post Office.

By far the worst post office ever, dont use them if you dont have to. Never had good service, have lost packages, an mail. Everyone with the exception of one women are all completely unhelpful. Wheres this so called manger JOSH. do your job.

Lost my Green Card; Regularly get mail addressed to other in my P.O Box; the Manager is psychopathic, a liar, is rude and goes out of his way to be as unhelpful, nasty and spiteful as he can!!! Some packages sent via Fedex are delivered to the Post Office - this mean you rarely get them! Some of the staff are nice but several are very rude as well! THE WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!!!

amazon delivered a package to them for my grandchildren instead of using fedex to drop it at house...i had previously stopped using my p.o. to send to incline p.o. because my christmas presents had been returned by them (and it cost me $20 to get it back)...they accepted the package from amazon this time, held it for less than 4 hours and sent it back leaving my son no time after work to go get it...and paul (?) the post master has the absolute worst attitude i've ever encountered...he told me they are a private entity and as a taxpayer we have no right to service then told me his supervisor is the post master of the u.s. in d.c...do not use this p.o. ever!

This post office is the worst post office around. All of the employees must hate their lives. They are old rude hags, all the time. Never have they solved any of my problems or helped me when THEY lose my things. Such a waste of space

Terrible customer service, a true example of disgruntled fed employees ...

I cannot even begin to express my frustration with this post office and every single one of there condescending employees. Two years in a row now my Christmas presents haven't been delivered to me on time event though they were already at the facility. When asked, employees said they were just to busy. Keep in mind the packages where they 2 weeks before Christmas. Once it took them 2 month to find a package I had received. This place a should seriously be evaluated.

I've lived here nearly 22 years now and have always had fabulous service at our little post office. At times they can be very busy and I've had long waits, but I have always been greeted pleasantly and assisted politely.

Incline village usps has got to be one of the worse offices around. I've been living here for 5 years now and not once have I felt like they have tried to help me. I always feel like I'm inconveniencing them. Every single person inside of that office should really be out into question.
