Not receiving mail at my business again. It went for a couple weeks. I called and the guy answers the phone and says it’s his first day as a manager. I’m wondering what happened to the postmaster at the Hunt Ridge post office. So again now it’s been several weeks. I’m not receiving my mail. I decide to go onto usps.com and forward my mail to my home. It shows me that my mail has already been forwarded. But I Didn’t forward it so who is messing with my mail. I never received an email confirmation that I forwarded it, which means that somebody else is messing with my mail. I call and no one answers.
Horrific nightmare! Never answer phone, NEVER. Post carrier is the laziest human in Vegas! Instead of delivering an oversized item to the door, he will merely put a note inside mailbox saying that package is oversized or that box is full. I live in an apartment and boxes are large enough for letters only. I hate Huntridge!
Worst postal service ever, NEVER answer phone, several complaints with Corp. & Claim #'s perfect example why post office is going under shameful, If you have to send next day NEVER send express if you want it to get the next day! there screw ups cost me $700.00. You were warned stay away from doing anything other than junk mail. worthless customer service!!
Typically we are NOT receiving any mail for our business 2-3 days a week. Our regular mailcarrier has not been in for quite awhile so we presume she is on a different route. She was very good and prompt. No one even comes in to pick up any outgoing mail. We're finding others are getting our mail and we are getting mail of others. (Scary) If you call Huntridge P.O. NO ONE picks up the phone! The 800 number does the same or states they cannot help us with no mail service. So, how the heck can they handle a ton of voter's mail? And there is a temporary hike in postage for the holidays. Awesome.
driver never left delivery notice or rang door bell here all day poor service this is not the first time please do a better job thats what I'm using your service for thank you .KB
