I was totally shocked last night @10:03 pm, when we arrived home from dinner to find mail being delivered in my complex.
I was under the impression the post office closed @ 5:pm, Please address this issue.
My address (35 East Agate Unit 304) was recently victimized by ripping out out residential mail boxes. I'm told that I can pick up my mail at the Silverado Post Office.
I am fed up with the post office not answering their phone. I have a bid problem getting my package delivered before it is return to sender. There is no public transportation to this post office, and I do not drive. It is a 45 minute walk both ways.
The post office at on 455 pebble rd is very unprofessional. A employee hung up on me and would not let me speak and kept cutting me off. I got a notification say my package was going to be delivered on the 7th by 7pm it is now the 12th and still no package, I went to the location twice to speak with a supervisor who said they would call me back at 3pm on the 9th of October and I have not yet received a call, I will be filing a complaint with the state Attorney Generals office,FTC and the BBB.
Jenn, YES! The post office and USPS are the worst. I have been living in a year old community and have had numerous issues. 7 or 8 times. I guess the only solution is get a UPS mailbox!
Hello has anyone been having problems with there mail delivery .It seems that our service is getting worse sometime there is no mail at all. One of the other neighbor said this our mailman was drunk sounds bad but that would explain a lot. My car is parked in our driveway and the mail box is across from it there are tire marks up to my bumper.
