STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - they scan parcels - ONLY WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT - most never get scanned - so customers have NO TRACKING SCANNING AT PICKUP - AND EVERY MOVEMENT IS - NOT - OPTIONAL !!!!!!!!!!!!! - SINCE WHEN DO YOU THINK IT IS AN - OPTION - TO SCAN ?!? I have shipped daily for over 18 years and NEVER seen such laziness, incompetence and lack of concern until using this particular USPS hub in Las Vegas Unacceptable behavior - people need to be FIRED for this - for not doing THEIR JOB this cost me business - BAD REVIEWS ONFOR MY BUSINESS IS - NOT ACCEPTABLE - TICKED OFF CUSTOMERS ... customers have a right to be ale to track and expect to be able to track - from day 1 until delivered

the absolute worst! my package says CONNECTICUT on it, so how do you deliver it to “an individual” in 89115 ??????

Expecting 2 packages, received neither one, even tho both say they were delivered Monday. One states it was given directly to me and the other states it was left at my front door. Both state they were delivered at 11:55am. 2 facts... 1. Monday I left my residence at 6:15am and went with a friend to Nelson's landing to scuba dive and didn't return until almost dark. 2. You can NOT get to my front door. You can't even get on my property, as my entire house...including my drive is gated and locked shut. Why lie about it??? Why didn't you just leave the packages in my mailbox?

I'm disabled. Very difficult getting to the mailbox. I found out today my mail was returned. Tried to call your office, no answer. I guess the gov't should dock your pay for today as you don't seem to be working.

Tracked this package and see that it has been at this location for 11 DAYS and has not moved!! Why isn't it being delivered!!

Worst post office ever! Im waiting for my check to be delivered from YESTERDAY and it still hasn't been delivered. How can a piece of 1st class mail get its picture taken and posted on informed delivery and then it doesn't make it to my house???? What do these people do with the mail?? This BS is constant with this post office. A couple years ago my meds were delivered to a party house a street over. A neighbor brought it to me after 7 months!! I had to contact the pharmacy. They were going to charge me AGAIN for the meds I didn't even receive! I told them to charge the post office. All I know is I didn't get charged for them. My mail goes missing so often that it has become a daily concern for me. Why are there so many incompetent people working there?? All of them should be fired! I've not seen ANY positive reviews on this place. How sad. The people receiving mail are the victims here and it seems the complaints fall on deaf ears.

It's time to hold your folks accountable table for their actions! My mail and packages just can't seem to make it to me. Even when I'm sitting across the street in my garage from the mailbox I still can't get my mail. It would be one thing if my mail was delivered to wrong address once or twice, but this happens all the time. If I were this negligent at work they would let me go with no questions asked. Where is the ACCOUNTABILTY! This kind of behavior only exist because supervision allows it. I'm a firm believer in if can't handle what you are doing, go find something else to do.

I see a new mail man and my mail has again gone array. I've placed a large caution sign next to the mail box to double check the address. I get everyone's Mail accept my own. My mail goes to (4) houses that I'm aware of. I'm 3698 and on the next street over there is a 3698 and her husband has the same 1st name but the damn street has different name go figure. On my street my mail is delivered to 3968-3700-3896. The post office placed the scanner in side my mail box for the post man to scan when mail is delivered. YES it's still WRONG!! Business in the streets by my local mail carrier. The mail was also being delivered recently at night that has been corrected. But bring my mail to me please

No one answers the phone. Deliveries not even attempted and then say they tried, even though the dog didn't bark, the bell never rang and no one even bothered to knock on the door. Not only that, but I was WAITING for the delivery ALL DAY LONG!!!! Then they get the text messages mixed up saying I want to pick up the package! I NEVER SAID THAT!!!! What is wrong with you people!!!!

My birth certificate was sent to you Guys and I Never received it and it’s my personal documents that I need for college and when I tried to talk to a manager the employee didn’t let me I need my birth certificate I was supposed to been get it back

not sure why a first class mail that has been sitting at this location at 10052019 today is 101819 and has not been delivered , you can not talk to anyone on the phone when you call I have been calling for 3days no answer . lost mail they will not fix the apartment mail box. missing a package and this would be the 2ed one . no one takes accountability at this facility . I have never experienced before in my 51yrs

I have a complaint about the dumb delivery person who delivered mail on to my address 3789 Carlyle Dr #106 not only did they show up about 7:30 pm but they put other peoples mail in my box one of the people lives at 3770 Shirebrook and the lives on Cicil Ave. not even in my complex. I am wondering where in heavens name did my mail go???????? whos box did the idiot put my mail in and will they be like me and put it in the out going box so that I can get it... I get my medication by mail and I pray that my insulin was delivered to someone who will throw it away. We used to be able to rely on the USPS but not any more because your hiring people who are delivering mail late and are in a hurry to get the job done and they don't care where or whose box they are putting the mail in.... Sunrise Post Office full of lazy people one of the worst I have ever had to deal with in my life....

This is the worst post office. I always try to send packages to the air force base and they always say that it’s undeliverable the first go around. I have to battle with you lazy asses for two months just to get a package there! It’s on google maps and every other mapping service. You just always hang onto my packages and never deliver them. I’ve now reported and opened and investigation on this post office. Ask sender to send through ups or fedex. They’re the real professionals and will get it there on time. This office is a joke. I cannot believe all the problems I have with them. The rep I talked to from USPS said I’d be getting a call from them today. We will see if they even know how to pick up a phone; might be difficult for them.

Carriers for this area are terrible! Not personable, loud music playing in vehicle, once I saw the carrier in street clothes, thought they had uniforms. THEY NEVER PICK UP OUTGOING MAIL!!!! This is unacceptable service! Check the mail box before cramming the junk mail and other mail into the box. CONSTANTLY neglect to pick up the mail! I post a sign on the back door of the big community type mailbox to pick up my mail in box #7 and NO, not picked up. Something needs to be done! If this happens again I'll be contacting whomever the Postmaster General is to file a complaint with them. I need a response to this email if it's even read by anyone in the postal service!

Maya allowed Post Office window to close before 5.20p on 2/17/18, instead of at the published hour of closing: 5.30p, so that floors could be mopped? This is absolutely unacceptable. It is a Saturday in a holiday weekend, and she has the office closing early? Never should this happen, nevermind a holiday weekend. Never.
