Woman working this location is very rude and tries to make it difficult for people to get their mail. This woman tried to close my po box after I NEVER recieved a renewal form and actually sent my mail back. When I asked for supervisor contact info she said their in a meeting. How does she know that without checking when the supervisor is in Reno? Worker does not stay true to the hours this location is supposed to be open. Will hold packages rather than put them into a lock box which is easier that trying to make their hours.
