soooooo many bad reviews and understandable!!!!!! Is anyone working anymore.........

Very poor 8:00 open means 8:00. This is sad every one else has to be open on time why can’t the USPS be open on time.

I just got a name tag attached to my mailbox. I don’t think it’s safe to write my name on it for everyone to read who lives here .

On Saturday we put food out for pickup it was never picked up. We got mail but food was not taken. 119 Lathrop Rd. Binghamton. We will put it out again on Monday.

How can I have my mail held at PO?

I don’t understand why Post Office says it attempted delivery one day & the next they don’t know the location nor the person. Our taxes pay for delivery not messages that don’t exit. My relative is handicap & cannot carry packages. I will be reaching out to the master general.

I do not understand why a package should take 4 plus days after receipt of said package? Tracking shows that my local post office has had the item now going on 5 days two non working days.

Scheduled a pick up for 12/30/22 and the carrier didn’t even come to my Apt to pick up the package. My son sat outside waiting for the carrier. You can’t even get a hold of the post office to let them know. Filed a complaint.

Have not recieved mail at my address for months because my "sidewalk is unsafe". There is absolutely nothing wrong with my sidewalk. Somebody just doesn't want to do their job.

Have had a bill in my mailbox to pickup but nobody has stopped by. The flag is up. Talk to neighbor same issue. Nobody is parked in the street or in front of my mailbox. My wife works from home and desk looks out the windows to mailbox. It seems someone is not doing there job.

I was reading some of the comments I have a good on. On 8/28/2021 A Saturday at that we where outside watched the mail man come up our road never delivered mail to anyone and can not get anyone to answer the phone at Henry Street. This seems like a mail fruard

No mail on Kattelville Rd Chenango Bridge for 3 days. I have 15 pieces of mail that is to be coming. No one ever answers phone at Henry St and phone mailbox never accepts messages.

These young and some not so young you have delivery mail don't look or care all mail goes in one box and we have two floors thank god we have family upstairs or who knows if we would get it they need to stay off there phone and do there job!!

I was to receive a package on Saturday 5/15/21, it had a tracking number which i traced and it says my package was delivered, how can you say it was delivered if i never received it? Someone that does the mail on weekends at Carlisle Apts. Is being dishonest. They have the package as delivered and it wasn't, my name and apt# was on the pkg. Liar liar liar!

I am moving back to Binghamton and have previously had a PO Box with you and would like to have one there. I just need a small mail box. How much would it cost and can I send you a money order. I had a package said delivered and nothing was there. Ive been trying to contact the Binghamton post office and noone picks up

I dont know who is delivering the mail today on Hotchkiss Street. The mail in my box is for 51 Horchkiss Street, I live at 53 Hotchkiss dont know where he dropped off my mail

why do we only get mail 2 days a week where I live no one in a 3 block radius in Johnson city ny

we signed up for informed delivery. we get a picture in our email showing us what mail is to be delivered. sometimes it comes that day sometimes the next sometimes a few days later sometimes not at all!!! now waiting on a package i paid extra to receive today - first notification said would be delivered between 9-1 then later said 12:30-4:30 now says by 9pm but my mail already came!!! on hold with post office 800 # wait time is over one hour. tried the local number and go figure no answer just a recording after ringing forever stating mailbox is full. and you people think you need a bailout. get your s**t together. different mail person almost daily. one dude a month back delivered our mail in shorts and a cutoff sleeve shirt. are you kidding me!? this place is an utter joke!!!!

This place is a joke. I filled out a 30 day do not deliver form on October 14th to ensure I could pick up an expensive package I was expecting. Last time I tried to have a package delivered, it was stolen which right after the first of the year. Monday morning I went to pick up my previous weeks' mail and another delivery that I get weekly wasn't in the stuff I was given. Sure enough in my mailbox at my residence was my weekly delivery and my worst fears were realized after tracking my package, it too was delivered and subsequently stolen as well. The scene got really ugly when I was told there was nothing they could do about what had happened. I had to fill out a form and wait for an undetermined time if I wanted any form of resolution. They blatantly screwed up and I have no recourse. The Post Master would not give me any names of any body involved and I was threatened with being arrested if I asked the person who delivers my mail what happened to my package. While all this was going on there were at least 20 people in the lobby and a line stretching out the door with only one person behind four windows at approximately high noon. To my way of thinking this is total ineptness at it's finest. The last two Post Masters that have been here are Public Relations people, nothing more.

What Gives? It seems like every week there’s one day out of that week I do not get mail. It’s something I find very hard to believe. And if we do get mail it’s usually 730 8 o’clock at night. The only option I have is to get a postal box.

5/29/2020: Why is mail not being delivered daily in Binghamton, NY? A carrier told me he was told to deliver packages, not mail. Please advise, thank you.

I am NOT getting my mail from this Post office and I would like to know why. I moved here from Orangeburg, SC over a month ago, and I am NOT getting my forwarded mail from my former residence. I am not even getting crucial mail locally, mailed in Binghamton to 3 Manor Drive in Binghamton. Who is NOT doing their job in the US Postal service. Something needs to be done about the service in Binghamton. Where is the Postmaster and WHY is he not doing his job??????? Someone needs to get to the bottom of this so I can at least get my mail.

For the pass 3 day I have not got no mail why and I always get the mail I'm looking for always on a Saturday and my job said they send it on December 30 2019 and it's January 4, 2020

Tonight waiting for a package kept a eye out for the mail truck.when i seen it coming i walked down the driveway (with a flashlite) to meet her. i was 4 feet from the road as she pulled away. sure enough no package but a note stating sorry we missed you. this is bull second time this month. hells gonna break loose in bingo tommorow. rt 11 kirkwood if you dont like your job lets give it to someone that does

No mail for 2 days Dec 2/3 and has been coming after 7 PM. And the phone number that I tried shown on the web site for the Binghamton , NY post office - why bother - no one answers or the person's mailbox is full. And rates keep going up.

I have a complaint about delivery in my neighborhood. I called the main number on your website and tried all three extensions. Each time no one answered at that extension number and I was switched to the operator. The operator number rang and rang until I got the answering machine which in each case said it was full and I couldn't leave a message! Is there a big meeting going on or is everyone playing games on their cell phones?? Terrible service with your delivery people and now you!! I think the county executives would love to hear how well your business serves the public in Broome County!! Their number is 607-778-2109 My number is 716-517-0666!

For the last year we have had very inconsistent Mail on Morgan STREET in Binghamton (13901). Here it is on a Friday at 542pm and none of the neighbors, nor myself have received our mail. I depend on my checks to be here by 430-500pm to get to bank by closing time or I will not only have food for my family (single mother of five) but pay my $233 NYSEG bill that they gave me until today to pay by today. The few times we get our regular mailman he is amazing... he is here by 1pm. Otherwise we get no mail until the next day (tomorrow my bank Visions federal credit union) closes by 12pm so I again won’t have money at all thx to mail coming so late!!! I am getting so tired of our street being the last on the list! I understand weekend but believe me on Monday morning I will be calling everybody besides just the postmaster about this issue!

Terrible service. Delivers mail when on hold or being forwarded. When you can finally get someone on the phone - after days of trying - they tell you "what do you want us to do must have been a substitute on that day".

The yearly pins that are given out when an NALC person reaches a milestone of 25-40-50 yrs of service is this pin from the NALC union? I can't seem to get you on the phone. change of address was to start Oct 10, 2017 for 70 terrace drive 13905. Your carrier delivered mail to that address Oct 11, 2017. this happens every year when we go to Florida for the winter. I never received my package at all. Either they left it by my door and someone took it (high crime area BINGHAMTON NY) or it just never arrived. SO I have no phone now. When I try to call them, they want me to hold for a time period greater than an hour. How am I going to do that on someone elses phone? UNREAL

f*** this post office, nothing but lying assholes who wont even pick up the phone. Checked online and it said I was supposed to get my package today and the usps van went by an hour ago and didnt drop shit off

WOW, the same problem as PG. Priority Mail did not work nor even left a notice to the addreessee that USPS attempted to deliver the package. Why this has to happen?

Binghamton Henry St. office never ensures on-time delivery of USPS Priority mail. They will bring it when they want to bring in. Already before have picked up my USPS priority/tracking package my self. SMH. Where can I leave official feedback about this post office as my package is now 2 days late according to tracking.
