The tracking said " 12/8/21 Brentwood, NY: Departed shipping partner facility, USPS awaiting item - 2:07 am" Yet not until 12/14/21 still at Brentwood, NY did it say "Accepted at USPS origin facility - 8:12 pm" so 6 days in the same facility !!

Where is thee letter I sent to the wrong address three weeks ago? It should have been returned to me as I know it reached the post office and could not be delivered to the address on the envelope.

I do not understand why every time my regular carrier goes on Vacation all of a sudden my mail is effected. The Carrier went on Vacation 2 weeks ago and I have not got my mail. My building houses MANY 9 again MANY Businesses but unfortunately we have lazy mail carriers who I guess just decide to give the whole building's mail to just one company. I called to complain only to get yelled at for being upset. I would like to lose there mail and see if they like it.

I had something sent to me Saturday a round 1:00 a.m. from Georgia Today is Tuesday morning I still haven't received my package I live at 39 when Thorpe road Brentwood New York 1171 7 It was sent to day mail Where is it please

Had an issue with a package I was waiting for. Checked online to track and showed it was ready to go back to sender. I called just in time before they closed so I can speak to someone. Carla assisted me with my problem and not only found my package, she helped determine why it was ready to go back to sender. Although i have to wait till the next day, I'm glad Carla was able to help me locate the package. She was very friendly and courteous even though it was going passed her time/shift. Thank you Carla!
