I'M VERY DISSATIFIED WITH USPS DELIVERY SERVICE, MY PACKAGES HAVE BEEN STOLEN, DELIVERY ATTEMPT MESSAGES ARE ALL LIES MOST OF THE TIME, LEAVING PACKAGES IN FRONT OF DOOR KNOWING PACKAGE CAN POSSIBLY BE STOLEN.....USPS DELIVERY SERVICE SUCKS..

I have lived at my address for over 3 years yet everyday I have to deal with USPS incompetence they constantly Return my mail and packages to Sender listing it as unknown addresse, my mail is properly labeled and the Postmaster has been personally contacted along with the Inspector Generals Office Investigators and yet they still continue to return my mail to sender it is so frustrating and costing extra shipping to have it resent after delay only to have it returned again, one package was present 3 times till the sender refused to send me the order and refunded my money, this is total Bulls$^t and because they list it as return to sender it does not get redelivered nor can I pick it up at the office because it is immediately processed and enroute back to sender before the next business day. They make no 2nd delivery attempts, and having knowledge from my complaints it becomes incompetence, deliberate insubordination, unprofessional, and should be liable and chargeable offense, and should be issued warning violations and suspension if issue continues, but instead nothing is getting resolved and seems impossible to get something done. The Post Office should provide me with a P.O. Box for free at No Charge to me and I will have all my mail delivered to the P.O. Box even though its inconvenient with limited hours itmight be more reliable. Anyone know how to fix, I e en have Informed Delivery that shows me a picture of my mail or package being delivered so they know I am expecting it and it is correctly labeled yet they will return to sender unknown addressee, I am at the end of my patience and am so frustrated and need to go higher and get someone fired cause there really is no excuse anymore, and I am sorry for venting but this is why the USPS is losing business. Terminate the Incompetent Idiots.

When the regular mailman is out others come in a UPS truck-at one time they came at 8pm and threw all the mail on the steps-this week all the mail was in the #3 mailbox-whenever I have gone to give a complaint I have been told 'she is at a meeting.' The word goes out what to say should I approach them. What a way to run a business' my next step is Postmaster General, Washington. D.C.

its a shame, these people get pay alot of money,and they do the worst job ever, they should lower their pay.i been waiting for my package since july 1, that they had received, and still havent gotten it.the things that happen in these bronx post office, dont happen downtown.and theres never a line down there. you got a bunch of lowlife working in these post office. staring from the blvd station and finish at the 188st station....

They said try to delivery my package 8:45 pm . Is a lier. I stay in home for my Sergury. Every single day. Never live the pink paper to . The worst customer service representative ever, very rude and disrespectful! Especially the older lady with glasses! Very nasty attitude! Not a nice person, I hate going to that location!!!!!
The Boulevard Post Office on 1932 southern blvd Bronx NY 10459 its far most the worst Post Office I ever had do Business with . Its Dark in there poor Lighting Dirty and the service its just as bad . The USP workers at the retail window are rude they have problem's with looking for customers packages . Customers waiting on long line to then be told that they can find the packages . It happen to me last year for 2 weeks they could not find my package. I got the run around on till they found it and told it was under other boxes . Another time I was there and the customer in front of me finely gets to USP worker at the retail window and request for a package USP work get the information need it to look for the package leaving the customer waiting and waiting , to then come back with out the package and telling the customer they can not find the package That the package was not there . Well the customer told the USP worker she was not leaving retail window on till they find the package because they had told her the package was there . So the USP worker goes back to look for package again . It took a few minutes Lord and be hold the USP worker come back with the customer package . That goes to show what we the Customer have to put up with at this Post Office. The USP Workers at this Post Office are Lazy and are getting paid for doing nothing for their Customers .
This Is A Review For The Boulevard Post office on 1132 southern blvd bronx ny 10459. It's unfortunate that I live in this neighborhood that when I have no choice but to do business with this location, it is always an unwelcoming experience. I normally take my retail business elsewhere. There are things that need improvement to this location. First impression is the office is dirty. There is trash and paper all over the grounds and no one cleans it. There are no stations with priority mail envelopes for customers. I see people waiting on long lines just to get an envelope and to then go back in line for service. My biggest pet peeve is the lack of signs of appropriate directing customers to the right retail window. Many customers are supposedly waiting on lines and then are told to go wait in back of another long line by a usps worker once they reach the retail window. Now I've always dread to come to this post office. My review more of a complaint is for my last experience. I was supposed to get a package delivered to my private residence. I know what day because I do tracking. I leave at least one gate unlocked for the usps delivery man. I see one day from my Window a usps man walk through my gate and up my driveway. But no package was delivered. What I did find was a dirty wet notice for pickup on the ground on my driveway. The notice was not left in my mailbox nor at my door. I go to the post office around 230 pm. I see long lines of course. 3 retail windows open. One window says "stamps and money orders only" which u can only really see if you were close enough. The other 2 seemed like regular retail lines even though I did see a blue sign by the window where I'm waiting on that says "package pickup". I see customers getting frustrated and started waiting on a fourth line that says "inquiry". A young African American female worker opens the door and yells out the "NEW" lines. So the money and stamp only line went from retail window 4 to window 1 or 2. Package pickup from 1/2 to window 4. So customers are getting frustrated and started to scatter and get on different lines. Now customers that were waiting longest and came earlier had to go wait even longer because they had to get on the back of the line. Why would usps workers be so inconsiderate of people. I go to the window with my notice and ID. The worker tells me to go another line after waiting so long. I tell her to get her supervisor and she laughs with a smirk on her face and tells me to move to another window. I then speak to the supervisor Jamila Harris. I explained how bad the sudden line switch was a bad idea and how unorganized this post office due to lack of appropriate signs directing customers. I asked her if she can get my package and she tells me to go get on the line and wait again and if I don't want to wait in line then I won't be served. I asked her for her name and ID number and she laughed in my face and proceeded to talk to someone else. I say to her "Excuse me. How do you start talking to someone else when I'm still here trying to resolve my issue.." Ms Harris tells me to go in front of the person I was in front of." I don't know who's in front or back. I will not go to a line and place/skip/cut in front of people which can be confrontational for some. The lack of professionalism and organization at this post office needs strong improvement. I shouldn't have to receive substandard service. I've seen other poor reviews on other websites and I agree totally. Please look into this matter.
