The incompetent mail carrier keeps putting other people's letters in my mailbox. I live on Obrien Ave. but today I received a letter for Story Ave. and another for Patterson Ave. He also never closes my gate after his delivery.

I mailed my rent at the PO on Lafayette Ave in the Bronx on Monday, 8/5 going to a PO Box in NJ. As of today, the company has not received it. Today is Thursday, 8/15, now 4:43 pm. I called the P.O five (5) times starting at 4:35 pm and got no answer. It seems as though someone picked up the phone and hang up, that's very poor service.

This is the worst post office. The mail carriers are very irresponsible. They constantly loosing peoples mail, checks and packages. The carriers are most of the times either flirting, or going to peoples houses to get high, and dont deliver our mail for days, anx when they do, the mail is either broken, or open.

This post office is the worst post office ever the supervisors Ms. Watson is the worst, she gives u the run around as well as other mangers and supervisors at the post office do. They lose your packages they steal your packages they don't care who's mail they deliver in your mail box which lets u know your own mail is going in who Evers mail box and that's is another reason u don't get your mail. The mail carriers talk on there phones and blast there head phones on there ears with music while sorting your mail in the many mail boxes in my building. If you have some else mail they tell u too leave it outside your mailbox they will have to get it whenever and sometimes leave it behind because they don't care. The supervisors tell you about mail carriers who call out of work all the time and other workers that just don't do there job right and that's suppose to be an excuse for u not getting your mail these people are crazy. These workers at Cornell Station postal office need to be fired and bring in a whole new team that can get the job done

This post office is a disgrace to The Bronx. The employees here are so rude they act as though they don't want to do their job instead of being grateful that they have one. I hate coming here to pick up my packages. Another thing that I truly hate about this post office or most of them is this policy that only the person for whom the package is for can pick up the package. The hours here are during the time when most people are at work. They open when I'm on my way to work and their closed by the time I get home how the hell do you expect only the person for whom the package is for to only be able to pick it up? On top of that when they knock on your door they leave the package with whoever answers it under the assumption that the person will give it to you, so its okay to leave it with someone who lives there but you can't send that same person to the post office with the postal card to pick up your package. Whoever thought of that is a real dumbass. This post office epitomizes the ghetto with its unprofessionalism, incompetent employees, and ridiculously long lines. I really hope management steps up and helps fix things.

You are so right! Thank God you received a pink slip. If the person that sent the package did not contact us, we would have not know it was at the Post Office. I called back today to find out if the package was there and I was on hold for over 20 min. Then I called back and someone named Doris was very rude. I'm going to contact the Post Master General.

I hate this post office with a passion. I live Rite accorss the street from them an i try & try not to do my best not to do Business with them BUT Unfortunately i Have no Control or Option who can bring may Packages, I wish i could. I Track all mail & paceages !!, Cornell Postmen & women DOSE NOT do there JOB & Come to your door to Deliver your package. Cornell workers Give you attude at the window, Gives you the Run arounds & Make you Chase your packages after you PAY for the Sevice of Shipping & HANDELING. They Claming attemps were made or leaving Notice on the the Door when you yourself was home ALL DAY at all the attemps the clame they say But Aswell they can Write anything up saying that they did & Shows up on-line when you Track it. I rather go to UPS Brush Ave or FEDex in Zerega Ave they never Fail when it comes to Delivery. Cornell Postoffice in 1950 Laffayette ave Sucks & Lazy lying Workes.
