Postal Locations

To whom it may concern, I have been robbed twice from that post office. I ordered a present for my daughter and she never got it. Now I sent a gift from Florida to my daughter and once again her package was tampered with and an item was removed from package sent. She said when she got the package there was a hole in the opening and I told her that when I sealed package there was mo hole where it seals at. I’m tired of getting robbed from that post office and I want an investigation done to find out why people are able to steal peoples belongings and think it’s going to stay like that because I felt like they may have put her birthday present in another mailbox by accident but now it happened again now she go the package but with a hole on the side where they stuck their finger in and pulled out her present and left the rest. It’s a shame that there is a thief in that postal service in hunts point. Someone needs to stop stealing from citizens packages and I will forward this message so it is investigated.

Repeated calls to Hunts Point office during business hours not answered.

Never pick the phone up and they are so rude to us .. even the mail carriers don't do their job right .. I have been calling and going in to see a supervisor and they are never there . I scheduled a redelivery and I have yet to receive my package .. the mail carrier doesn't even ring the bell or knock on the door when they are supposed to!
